On 24th March'12 I went airtel relationship center Thane to disconnect my no.They gave me complaint no and took my new mobile no.
Till 30th March'12 we not received call from airtel.And when we checked they told us that We had not given them alternative no., which actually we given them.Now Company will again charge me for 7 days . What to do ?

please disconnect the postpaid airtel connection of mobile No.[protected], as it was not using from last 4 months & informed several times but it is still in active. pl disconnect it immediately

Hello sir this is samarth and my 4g sim no. is [protected]. In MAY month only i had requested for disconnection for this no. and till today i have not used the connection. But today from Airtel office i got a call that my 2 months rental is overdue. Without using, bill is showing the usage how is that posible. My current contact no. is [protected]. Please let me know if the connection of post-paid connection - [protected] has been disconnected or not. I have raised a request to disconnect this number [protected] on 24 Nov 2015 through airtel call center at Asia Radhika Theatre .and later on confirmed by on my son mobile also in regarding to this. I have evidence of proof of cancellation & how the AIRTEL customer care spoken the conversation on the mobile.
