airtel company shamelessly extorting the post-paid consumers very badly. they have very bad customer care services. god should save its unfortunate customers.

YOUR service is Hopeless !! You have a bunch o[censored]seless people who do not care about the customers. I have paid my bill of April 28 2017 ( Mob No : [protected]) by internet payment long back but I receive calls from your follow up department constantly inspite of my telling them that as a proof when I enter to make payment for my April 28 17 Bill it shows (-) 0.50 amount which means that i have cleared it.
Today I received a SMS in mobile that an amount Rs.617.00 has been debited.I was amazed since I did not leave my house and I do not use Phone for Payment. I immediately informed Stan Chart Credit Card dept of the illegal withdrawing of the amount as I had not withdrawn it myself nor I had authorised auto debit. I later on found that the nagging April 28 2017 Bill which you have been wrongfully harping all these days have been "Auto Debited" by your representative. I warn you that your above action is highly objectionable and you should not do it without my prior written permission. In future if you do it again I will surely resort to "LEGAL ACTION ". Please correct your records immediately for you so called April 28 17 Bill which is showing as "Due for Payment" wrongly in your account.

I have paid my bill of June and July on 07/07/2017 ( Mob No : [protected]) in ur airtel office Gajuwaka, Visakhapatnam and the bill is cleared and proof by sms payment for my June and July Bill it shows (-) 25.50 amount which means that i have cleared it.
Today I received a SMS in mobile that an amount Rs.6000.00.I observed in airtel web site of my account that the bills are not updated for the past two months ie may-June and June - July. Know i got the bill of 6000 Rs.. So..
please verify the list and sent detail list..
