why dont you send proof of cheque bounce/reversed my no [protected] and why even after dropping the cheque my services are restricted i want serious answer

When I called several times on 121, to cancel my add-on card mobile Number [protected], the request was not proceed from May, 2008. When I visited to your Jai Ganesh, Kandivali(West) Customer Centre, on 7th June, 2008 to cancel the said card, it was not cancelled till 18th August, 2008. I have paid Rs.900/- on 7.6.08 and requested to stop the card. On 17.8.2008 I received a Bill of Rs.1800 something. I have paid on 19.8.2008, I have paid Rs.1476/- for the uses during the period from 7.6.08 to 7.8.08, beside that your executive demanded Rs.300 around for the bill of August, 08. It is agreed that the card was used during the period but your responsibilities to stop the card was not considered from your side. This is not fair, to send message about airtel services, when they need for new customer they obliged otherwise when customer want to stop the card it will be cicked off...

i wanna know about my bill informatin
