I have the paid the bill amount for past cyle Rs.1031 by Cash and i got a message in my mobile saying that a i would get the 10% Cash Back if i reach a minimum value of Rs.661.25 for Aug which would be credited in Sep Bill.So please assit me for the above query as i havn't got any discount for the previous bills. plz take instant action against this complaint.

Airtel Postpaid — error in post paid bill

i have already paid the bill of june-july 2008 still the august bill is reflecting outstanding amount of previous bill.details i have got noted at 198 to a customer care executive.This months' cahrge i.e Rs. 483.75 is payable, which i will definetely pay.
