AirTel — Postpaid billing
I have been using the above service from last 2 and 1/2 years under CUG 199 plan. According to the plan Itemised bill service was free of cost, but suddenly it was stopped in Oct 07 without intimating me. I requested to their customer care executive and reactivated it. It was told by them that it is free of cost for CUG plan holders.But for the month of November 07 they have charged for the same and added in the monthly bill.Post Paid — billing
my Moblie no is [protected] i had made a payment of 1100 on 10 of jan 2008 in kashmiri gate kios under transaction id DKG-1-[protected] but on payment slip i got only 1000 RS payment shown. i talked to Lalit (vodafone EXE) over there he said that this has happened 4 times earlier and he put a mail to Hitender Sharma and told me to wait for 24 hours but till today 17 jan i didnot get any reply and not my money i had talked to customer care many times but every thing is just a waste. i donot know what to do now because if this will continue then there will be a great loss of the customer and the reply of complaint from vodafone is like Polar Bear sleep. You also inform my bill ditail my e-mail id

Airtel mobile /post paid — Reg the bill charges
I am fully disturbed and annoyed due to my mobile bills, what these airtel corporates arecharging, one day the bill came to Rs 4/- and the other day it comes to Rs 597/- i dont know why they are cheeting us by putting extra bills, on remainders and complaints to airtel customer care there was no proper response, and in local office at coimbatore also there was no proper response, i am from a middle class family, and every single penny is my hard earned money, and why should i give to these corporate, who can resolve this problem and what are the steps that i should follow to set my bills correct.your earlier reply from your end is higly appreciated.
