One week before i bought Airtel postpaid connection through your airtel agent Mr. Thameem Ansari[protected]. in first time i submit the driviing license for ID proof, in that ID my address is register in grandma house. your airtel members are go for verification, my grandama said he is shifting is house to Mandaveli. suddenly i getting shock my out going facility is cut though your airtel members. I asked customer care i dont know the name some body spoke with me he tells your id address is wrong, he want correct id address then i make a call to Mr. Thameem Ansari[protected] Airtel Agent. then i surrender my at present ID address. he said your problem is solved within 48 hours till now i get no response from your Airtel Customer care and Aitrel agent. I want to know the solution how to solve this problem. can u give your head of Department officer email ID i want to give the complaint. i want justice to u solve my problem. Air Tel customer care services

I am using airtel mobile services. My account no. is[protected] and my Cell No. is [protected]. Since April 2008 I have not received bill from Air Tel and I was making payment of bill directly to the air Tel gallery for which I was getting only receipt but not duplicate bill. Now they have made an habbit of not issuing the bill and they are demanding the amount without issuing the bill. How will we come to know whether the amount charged by the Airtel is correct or not. How can we verify the same. Are they saving the stationery & courier charges or what.
The representative at the the gallery replied that we have to follow the rules of the company. The rules are to be followed by the customer only why not by the company. Why it is not the duty of the company to issue the bill or it is not in the rules and regulations of the company.
They have discontinued my service just because it was the fault of company that they have not issued the bill and I have not made the payment without receiving the bill.
We don' t understand why company is not issuing the bill? What is the problem for issuing the bill? Like us there are many customer who came at the Borivli Gallery who are facing the same problem.
