Airtel Postpaid — Bill

Dear Madam or Sir,

I Amit Soni from Ahmedabad, Gujarat. I Airtel postpaid user from last 6-7 month’s. My Mobile No is +[protected]. I am not Satisfy on my last Month January to February Post paid bill. My Post paid bills Average 275-300 Rs. and my Last Month January to February Bill Rs. 580. It is not possible. I was Enquires on your Customer Care He was asked me, You are started Airtel Live Setting on 08/01/2009 to 09/02/2009 and per day charged Rs. 10 But mobile was not supported for GPRS.

On Monday 09/02/2009 I received SMS for Bill Conformation & Intimation as per my billing cycle. It is very high so I registered My Compliant on 09/02/2009 and my Complain No.[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected].

They tell me you activate your GPRS But I never send SMS for GPRS activation. I call for this to customer care center but they not give me a proper answer. Even my Cell Phone not has a GPRS Facility. I call 2 times in one hour on 121. They also not note down my complain. They all time give different and improper answer in bad language.

Your company employee not give me a higher authority contact no Or E- Mail address.

So Madam / Sir Please find how they activate my GPRS.

• HOW CAN THEY ACTIVATE GPRS WITHOUT ANY ACTIVATION & CONFORMATION?
• HOW CAN THEY USE RUF LANGUAGE ON CALL?
• WHY THEY NOT GIVE ME PROPER INFORMATION?

Please see this and do need full on my complain Else I go in consumer forum.

Please give me a correct Bill of last month January to February.
