AIRTEL-POSTPAID — Airtel Bill

Dear Sir,

I received bill in this month dated 2nd May, In that late payment charges Rs.50 will be given.
Actually i paid on April 13th through citi bank online payment.
Due date is 14th April. I had citi bank statement.Pls find the attachment of citi bank statement.
But in the bill late payment charges are included.So pls ignore that and provide the correct bill.

AirTel — BILL COMPLAINT......

SIR,

I am using the Airtel Postpaid connection from long time.Recently I came to know that there are various extra charges is made in to my bill.As I am using the airtel Rs.199 plan for the month but my monthly charges is always more than Rs.700 extruding my phone calls.I never opted for the various mentioned plans which are available in to my bill.Also I have made this complaint many times in the Airtel customer care but still no response for the same.

Dear Sir,

From past 10 days i am saying that most of our numbers are in deactive, you to activate but there is no response from your side still now and there is no proper updation of payment in your bills, most of our branch managers numbers are deactivated, if they called your local airtel they are cooly saying we didnt pay the amount so they cutted our connections.

According to my side I am regularly paying all the amounts on correct time. But there is still no proper updation in your side.

And the important thing is still i didtnt receive bills for 3oth due date, now the date is 6th, without the proper reason for the late bills i wont accept the bills.

If you not taking any actions I will cancel all our CUG connections with immediate effect.
