can i get a list of incoming & outgoing calls list on net of by prepaid no . plz give me the detail of reason about the issue

Airtel perpaid connection — unable to recharge my number from last 2 months

My no is [protected], from last 2 months I am facing this problem. I use this number in roaming, so have to recharge it. But form 2 months this number is not accepting recharge. I make complaint many times but no response from Airtel.
Now i am helpless, so doing complaint in Consumer Forum.
Please take an necessary action, as soon as possible to you

kya complaint karu bade sharm ki baat hai ke mere se pahle hi logo ki kitni sari complaint regestard hai. main to pahle baar email se apni compalint send kar ne ka try kar raha tha.
lekin mere se bhi jayad log airtel companey se ,aur khas kar customer center ke logo se pareshan hai.jo ki koi bhi thik dhang se service nahi deta
jayad din dur nahi jab airtel ko ye log market ki sab se kharab service dene wali companey banadenge ."Bhagwan apka bhala kare."

Airtel Prepaid Connection — validity reduced from one year to four months

I took two prepaid connections in november 2007.
1.[protected]. by he name of my mother malti devi.
2.[protected].by the name of myself sunil dubey.

I took this by a local dealer: ANUJ INTERPRISES, khamaria,mirzapur,uttar pradesh,india,pin- 221306.
It was told to me that validity is upto one year,and it was also displayed upto nov. 2008 in my mobile.It was also told that every month free 50 minutes will be given to call at local airtel mobile.
But after 3 months in februrary 2008 my validity was reduced upto march 2008 only. and the free 50 minutes were given only in the first month not after that.
I made contact with costomer care but they tell that it was a bunle offer sim, an you must take nokia mobile along with the sim then only you will get the benefit.They told that it was fault f your dealer. I said your authorised persons used to activate the sim, and if any unauthorised person is selling your connection in a wrog way then you must take action against them. BUt they told no, we will not take action.
If it is not the responsibility of the airtel to take some action against that dealer?

AIRTEL/prepaid. — call not recd.

A SIM from AIRTEL at it's outlet at ALWAL Sec'Bad was purchased in Dec 2007 ( [protected] ). This phone is unable to receive calls from BSNL Mobile loc at Kolkata . The customer care is clueless.
Sir I have your Airtel no.+91 [protected]last four months .sir can you give me detail last month incoming and outgoing calls on my mobile .I am waiting for your reply.

Airtel Prepaid — Talk time Value not updated

I have taken prepaid connection of Airtel on last December for rupees 222. According to the scheme after initial connection the customer gets an amount of rupees 111. After recharging with rupees 200 in the next month the previous 111 rupees talk time value gets added in the account. but in my case after initial connection in December I recharged twice on Jan 12th and Feb 5th but the talk time value of 111 never got added. I called the Airtel customer care number of [protected] at least 15 times in the ladt 2 months but every time I was told politely that it will be done in 24 hours but the amount still does not get updated. every time they register complain and give a refernece number but with no cause. Is this kind of service Airtel provides to customers? I am tottaly frustrted with thier service.

Airtel Prepaid — HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE

HAVE CALLED CC ON 121 MORE THAN 10 TIMES TO GET GPRS ACTIVATED ON MY MOBILE NOKIA 6600. HAVE BEEN GIVEN DIFERENT DEADLINES EACH TIME. GIVEN FALSE ASSURANCES. I HAVE BEEN INFORMED THRICE BY CC THAT GPRS HAS BEEN ACTIVATED. SPENT HOURS CONFIGURING MY MOBILE ONLY TO BE INFORMED LATER THAT SERVICE NOT YET ACTIVATED.
AFTER THE FIRST 3-4 CALLS, ALL COMMUNICATION HAS TO TAKE PLACE THROUGH SMS TO 121 WHICH IS PATHETIC. THE PROBLEM HAS BEEN GOING ON SINCE TWO WEEKS NOW, BUT NO ONE IN AIRTEL CARES.
EACH TIME I SEND AN SMS, THEY ASK FOR ANOTHER 24/48 HRS. THEY MAKE PROMISES IT WILL BE DONE. BUT I'VE LOST ALL HOPE.
WONDER HOW ON EARTH DOES SUCH A COMPANY SURVIVE???

AirTel — read it's urgent

every month airtel company cuts my Rs.25/-without any reason.i hv not activated any services on my no .[protected].i hv told their representative to check whether any service is activated or not?but they told me that no service is activated on my no.than why the hell they are deducting my cost?plz look in dis matter as soon as possible..

even i m suffering from the same sort of harrasment from Airtel.
they activated some services from their end and started deducting weekly amount. I called them to deactivate the service if they cant refund the money back. but they only issue a complaint but no action is taken on it till date.This goin on since a month. These people shold be actually sued for harrasing people so much.

Airtel Prepaid — unwillfully charged for services never applied for, inappropriate treatment by customer care executive

The subject matter of the problem was that I started receiving jokes from 3333 without ever subscribing. While discussing with a friend, I found that this has been a prevalent malpractise by the company to sleaze out money out of its customers' pockets. I must add that I am their customer for about 10 years now, but it seems the company is no longer bothered about the loss of reputation that shall be caused because of these kind of malpractises.

Moreover, when i called up Customer Care ([protected] at 12.00 noon on 7th May 2008) to inquire as to how the service had been put on my number, the executive (Sumit) plainly said that the only option available to me was to unsubscribe by typing UNS JOKE and sending the SMS costing 3 rupees to 53333.

My inquiry regarding the time at which the service was subscribed for was left unattended and he said that I could only unsubscribe. When I asked him about the complaint registry procedure, he held up which is really unfortunate and uncalled for.

I request the concerned authorities to take notice and take requisite steps to make sure that the charge imposed is reimbursed and that such a thing is never repeated.

Airtel Prepaid — about airtel tower

Hello sir,
This is Thamaraimanalan, I'm working in chennai. my native place is Athimanjeripet (tiruvallur Dist). There has a airtel tower here that was fitted 6 months back but not properly installed. we are lacking of tower facility, most of the users changed their sim to bsnl. if you delayed to run the tower you may loose all the users. (near by villages also) else give the area managers contact number, i will ask him. so do the need full as soon as possible.
