I have been registered on 23-Apr of this month and been issued with sim.my mobile is no.[protected].i have submitted
my driving licence copy, address proof .
On 6-Jun of this month my outgoing and even incoming facility have been withdrawn without any prior intimation.
I contacted the retailer next morning 07-Jun in this regard; he said the services would be activated within 24 Hours.
But as of now it is not done. Your costumer care executive has not given any proper solution.
He is saying that you resubmit your documents.I have resubmited my document but my number is not activeted yet.
And you are disappointing me.
Kindly look into the matter and do the needful as i cant afford this inconvenience anymore.

Airtel — reduction in prepaid connection validitiy
Airtel is prepaid mobile connection provider. It offered me a prepaid connection with a validity of 2 years in the month of Feb-2008. However, after 15 days of purchase of card, when i removed my prepaid sim card from my phone for resolving signal problem the validity of the prepaid connection get reduced to ONE month. This is pure unjustice to my purchase agreement that without any intimation to me my validity reduced to one month from 2 years. I have tried to solve the issue with the Customer care executives but they were unable to solve the problem. I approach your reputed organisation for resolving my issue. Hope you will revert back soon. All the details relating to my SIM / Mobile connection are given below:Mobile NO. [protected]

I Am Pushkara Nair. I had subscribed for airtel prepaid and my mobile no. is [protected]. I had submitted my documents to the distributor. The address proof given was of my permanent address that is :
G-6 Siddharthnagar apts, Gorwa refinery road.
Panchavati baroda- 390016.
However as I am working with infosys right now.
During the address verification call I mentioned the address of Pune that is :
B-2 Survey no-47, Omkar colony, Shrinagar
Rahatni, pimpri, kalewadi, pune-17.
The address proof provided was my pan card and passport details.
The customer care has send me a mail stating that " the verification was unsuccessful. To enjoy continued service please visit your nearest ARC within 48 hrs with origignal documents."
This is the third time I am facing the issue with airtel services and this is height of tolerance as such there is no connectivity.
Earlier my other no. was blocked in the similiar manner.
The second time there was unknown deductions of rs 1.50 daily inspite of not activating any scheme..
This is the third time I m facing issues with my card being stated to be blocked.
