hi,i'v bn using my Vodafonefor the past 7years and till today i'v not called em' regarding complaints,since internet of your's is fast i recently had taken Airtel connection a week back ,from the day 1 i'v been calling your cust care with different different issues,you made me really to regret and you made me to feel as a crank for taking your connection.Many friends of mine told me that you suck the money of your poor subscribers but today its proved other 8 friends of mine were planning to come to airtel using MNP facility thanks for showing your face without making me wait for long and only in that way you can satisfy the clients.goodbye airtel

i miss my number before last year. kindly send the last november 2010 to march 19 2011 . kind;y end the details for following mail id. please this is my humble request .

Dear Sir,

In cell no [protected] even no option selected for SMS all the balance (around Rs 80) has been deducted on account of SMS charges last few days, even through Customer care we have deleted all the active services before 2-3 month we dont know how these services are active without our consent .Now pl delete all active sms services if any & confirm .

Airtel Prepaid — consumer harrasment

I am using airtel prepaid mobile from last 3-4 years with GPRS service.I have faced a lot of problems with their service from last 2 years.Recently I made an advance payment of Rs.98 against my monthly GPRS rental on 16th march 2011.From the next day Airtel discontinue my GPRS service after recieving an advance payment,Even I have called their customer care executives (121,198 & 12118) six time in last 3 days but they unable to satisfy me. Now I make a request for refund my payment & planing to change my operator coz I am unable to use my GPRS service from last 4 days.................GIRISH JOSHI [protected]

I m fully agree with you Mr Venkatesh. Airtel is going to backfoot by cheating & harrasment their consumers...

airtel bad services /Unnessary deducation

My Name is Ashok, working in private company.My
no. is [protected].My complaint is on unnecessary deduction on Rs 42 for last 03 days back when i taught to customer care they said pls hold the line
we will check your tarrif .but we have hold this line for 20 minits but no reply.
(last 03months back we have activate easy recharge 27 rs we take all A2A 29 Paise
but reasent without intimation any calls deduct 02 rs /min.
