can i get a list of incoming & outgoing calls list on net of by prepaid no . plz give me the detail of reason about the issue

Airtel Prepaid — Activate Service not stopped

MY MOBILE NO IS +[protected]

MY ACTIVE SERVICE STOPE, MY DAILY 5 Rs. ARE CHARGED FOR 3 WEEKS I TRY THIS PROBLEM & CONTACT FROM CUSTOMER CARE TOO MANY TIME BUT IT IS NOT HAPPENING.
I M VERY UPESET FROM AIRTEL & DISAPPOINTED FROM AIRTEL.

I ALLREAY COMPLAINED TOO MANY TIMES BUT THE PROVIDER IS NOT TAKING SOME SERIOUS ACTION.

PLZ SOLVE MY PROBLEM

Airtel Prepaid — Reduction in mobile balance

Past 20 days, my mobile balance is deduced due to MMS.
The message is received from airtel is " Thanks for using MMS and you have been charged Rs. 2.00 beauty is I never used MMS .
I already complained 3 time to customer care center bur till now it was not stopped. Due to this i have lost Rs. 100. Please take action

airtel/prepaid no — rubbish connection by airtel

I am having this no from past 3 years and i also was not able to change the no as it was used by me in various places and i needed this no only .I tried to keep airtel as a connection only for as long as i can as i was happy with the service you earlier had. but now after i knew about the no portability lot many of my friends changed to vodafone yet i stuck with airtel but i was trying to contact customer care from past 12 -13 days but am not able to contact when i dial it says call *121# toll free it tells you will be charged 50 paise choose 1 to continue even if i choose 1 it does not connect saying the old rubbish lines i am really pissed off with airtel and giving you the last opportunity please improve you service or you are going to loose your valuable customers this way . also when i try contacting i get these sms saying dail *121#(toll-free),I am really fed up of your service really it was good earlier dont know what happened .Intimate your seniors about the issue as not many would complaint to you rather switch to some other service provider.

Really service .

Also today i had balance in my mobile but when i tried calling it said you dont have enough balance but yet i had 30 off balance in it.
I think airtel want to loose it reputation and this way people will change to other service provider and also suggest friend to move rather.

This is Karpagam, airtel prepaid customer for the past sevn years. on 22 march I chaged my SIM from one mobile to another mobile. Within 30 minutes I lost 100 Rs stating as call cost. But for your information I have not made any call. Then I raised a complain through 198, Call operator promised me to refund it back. But have not.

I again recharged for 468Rs. which again was lost within 1 hour stating call cost. But I have not made any calls. Then I raised a complain through 198, Call operator promised me to refund it back exactly at 6.00pm yesterday. But have not still done it

I fell you are indirectly forcing neary by 55 connections of our family memebers to change the provider.

I have 0.00 now in my account. I'm not going to recharge until you refund me Rs.568/-

Kindly refund me as early as possible.

Though I have heard a lot through my friends about Airtel, I did not expect this from such a reputed telecom company.

i am zakaria using air-tel prepaid no. [protected] from last 3 years and now i required PUK no but no one is providing me///// so plz do somethng for me...
About 10 days back I got a new airtel prepaid number - [protected], and had produced a copy of my driving license and voter ID card as part of the documents. I am basically from Delhi, but have come to Banglore for now for 1 year. All the documents produced pertains to the Bangalore address. I also hold a airtel postpaid Bangalore connection from past 8 yrs now (it's been the same number from past 8 yrs !)

Recently my outgoing call has deactivated stating the reason to be insufficient documents produced, and my service provider - Mobile Store, Powai is not responding for the query and is has just let me know to wait for few days... Airtel CC has asked to get in touch with my service provider for the same. Airtel being the same provider all over India i guess the background verification can also be done using my Bangalore number. Can you let me know what is the way for me to activate my outgoing call at the earliest.
