Airtel Prepaid — no signals at backside of huda maitrivanam complex

Airtel Prepaid — Complaint regarding call with ISD Code +92

Hi,

On 22nd April 2011, friday at 9:01 pm, i receieved a call from [protected]. It came to my knowledge on 23rd April 2011, saturday at 5:18 pm that call is from pakistan. Although i missed the call, but i am concerned about how did the calling person got my number. I would appreciate it if you would look into this matter.

The 53030 service seems to have stopped now, but there are also disturbing calls (2-3 times daily) from AIRTEL regarding advertisements. Since the cell is in roaming, picking those calls also deducts the account balance. Plus the calls are really disturbing. Please stop that service too. Some of the numbers from which those calls come are:

.. and so on.

The number for which this complaint is lodged is +91-[protected]. The number belongs to Durgapur, Bardhaman, West Bengal.

Airtel Prepaid — obscene sms from airtel

every day, i and my frnds on airtel prepaid are getting obscene sms (hot models etc at Rs. 99) from 202.46.201.113. can airtel just block this site completely as it is a big nuisance.

Airtel Prepaid — Unauthorised activation of VAS

My Airtel Prepaid Connection No-[protected], the connetion provider is deducting huge balance every day by activation un wanted value added services. There is no scope to escape from this pain.

Airtel Prepaid — Charging for unwanted value added services

Airtel charges for value added services which you have not requested. after inquiring with the customer service they deactivated the service but dint refund the amount which got deducted. after that every two weeks they started deducting my balance for some value added service which i have not even heard of. after making repeated calls to customer service, they have diverted my number from reaching the customer service executive. after reaching them from another number they say its some technical error that only my number dint reach them. its really sad that a company headed by MR. SUNIL MITTAL can go this CHEAP and UNETHICAL way to earn some few rupees from me. i understand few rupees from million people makes a huge amount, but still a respected company cant go this LOW and CHEAT their customers to earn money.
