Airtel Prepaid — My Sim card is nothing but My E-Pickpocketer
Dear Sir,Kindly consider My Complaint, My Airtel sim card is nothing but my e-pick pocketer to me. since 5 months i think, every week it is charging Rs.10, in the name of Radiao Mirchi (A Local Radio Channel), though i never used to listen. The most important thing i want to complain to you is , though here i have free radio listening facility, how i again activate this plan, how foolish it is to activate.
Please note this piont.
on 4th of January i have a e-voice phone call and asked me to activate some no. for activating the radio listening plan., i just rejected and kept aside my mobile, but surprisingly, without pressing any no. on my mobile, that plan was activated and started to cut Rs.10 per week.(AA-59830) **** if this company has any proof to show that activation done by my side, i am ready to pay Rs.2000 as fine to my complaint.
if not, please just give back my money, which havebeen charged up to now.
why i did late to complain.
very next week i tried lot to ask that customer care regarding this, no response from there and at last i tried for paid customer care, that lady i dont know , who is , asked me to wait for a while, you believe or not i have waited for 40 minutes for that and no response from them., they have repeated this several times , and i have no time to ask them, for this also i lose Rs.20 and my precious time was wasted.
(Height of lose: One day my PR officer was absent, so i went to AIRPORT to receive a VIP (IGNOU Director), i tried to communicate with her over phone call, suddenly my balance was in minus, how fraud it is, if there is no balance they are keeping minus balance. that day programme was delayed,,,,,,,, and so much happened..................)

sir, this is one more fraud done by AIRTEl prepaid, Every day they are charging Rs. 1 for 3 Months, i have no time to ask them, one fine day one lady (customer care) suggested me to consult technical dept. of Airtel, i called them but there was no response, they also repeated same, and asked to me to wait for a while, that day i waited for 10 minutes and balance is over , call was cut in my mobile.
the main thing i came to know after some discussion one day with one Customer care lady is, my mobile has no sufficient technology to utilize this Game plan. i asked them whether they know my mobile company name, they said correctly,
i questioned them , though you know my mobile has no sufficient configuration how do you activate this plan, there is no response and simply they cut the phone, all this happened 4 months Back.,
i have all the SMS details to produce daily wise charges and weekly wise charges..
total money i lose
for radio w.e.f. 04/01/2011 - 16 weeks - Rs.160
for gameniteclub w.e.f.16/11/2010 - 30/03/2011 - Rs. 100
Paid customer Care amonut - Rs.25
Total is Rs.285.
Please consider My complaint and justice me.

AirTel — Arbitrary Charges
My wife Mrs Manju Singh is using AirTel mobile number [protected] ( a pre-paid connection ). Every now and then the service provider on its own activates uncalled for services and apply charges for it. Local service centre is just able to discontinue the uncalled for service, but after some time it will start again on its own w/o any request/requisition and charges livied.The problem must be resolved immediately on permanent basis, and unauthorised deductions made on acct o[censored]ncalled for services be refunded.on priority.

I call coustmer care and request to excutive stop Airtel TV 30th April, they said within 24 hours deactivate Airtel TV.But Rs.10 charged daily for Airtel TV subscription.still today.
I daily request coustmer care excutive stop Airtel TV, same answer within 24hours solve your problem. 6th April credited Rs.80. my account.So I take a desision CHANGE MY CONNECTION via portibility service.MY MOB.No.[protected].

sir several complaints i made regarding your excess charges no solution just now i had a talk with local airtel staff no result it is simple i made a call to [protected] in the morning around 8.40 am call did not materialise you have charged rs 6.and ps 50 and in the afternoon i made one sms to cell [protected] collected rupees five only here it is four rupees excess just now i received that the message time failed but the money excess is not credited i made a complaint local over phone so far no result it became a fancy and all appears to be time consuming no redressal it appears a drama so now you please tell me what can i do except to change my service provider you are making the people to run away pl do the need ful

my mobile no:[protected]. i have messaged u to change from airtel to idea on april, 15 and my unique poting id is AT122578.i received a call from ur airtel on april, 16 and informed as airtel to airtel 10paise and to other mobile 30 paise, but they are charging for other mobiles as 40 paise with extra 1rupee reduction daily. so i refused airtel and asked them to change for idea, but i received a message from airtel as rejected by the NPG on april, 27.. i called to airtel again to change to idea and they gave complaint no:CMPRO[protected] on april, 27. i again applied to change for idea and the unique porting id is AT973679 on april, 28... but u have rejected the complaint again by the NPG. Once again i complaint to airtel, complaint no:CMNRA[protected] on may, 3. i received a call from customercare(Mr.Sekar) and he informed to change from airtel to idea winthin 3 days... but it was also rejected on may, 6 by the same reason NPG. so i complaint again on may, 6 and the complaint no:CMNRA[protected] and i complaint to Ms.Nishanthi and she also informed the same to change from airtel to idea... but i was also rejected on may, 11 by the same reason NPG. i gave another complaint on may, 11(today) complaint no:CMNRA[protected]... please change from airtel to idea.

When contacted customer care for the refund of the charges, the responce was "you only have opted for this and we can not refund the amount" in very rude manner saying that you can complaint any where nothing will happen.

"failed to connect internet" in my opera web browser and i will complain or request too many times in your call centers but they are unsuccess for stating my internet.
i am using (Lamon IQ 505 ) model handset

i mars raja from Mars mobiles pudukkottai my airtel Ec sim no [protected], this is to complaint about a distributor & asm in Pudukkottai . we are not satisfied with airtel distributor because we have suffered lot . First we struggle to get ec sim we have given address proof 4 times even though our Ec sim ( [protected], sim no[protected]) was blocked because they didn't submit our proof to u. to recover our 1000 rs from that we fought for 3 months. second 3 months back we return 16 sim which was expired and ask for new sim and given letter to them requesting to exchange it but not yet received it back. when you receive our complaints pl z take action regarding this .why we wand to spend electricity for your boards, ho dings ect ? we r not yearning more by airtel . pl z ask them to show some response to us. when they are irresponsible even to retailers how they react with customers? we are really hurt too.MNP is not getting activated it says its not updated in system when we ask the line man to change those sim he replied that ask our manager or distributor. we are interested to fight again with them. pl z do me a favor

Airtel Prepaid — Airtel discontinued in-use number without informing
Hi,Airtel dsicontinued my prepaid number without informing. It was with me for 10 years and even had a balance of Rs 200. The number was working fine till May 10th and on May 11th - suddenly number is discontinued. Called customer care - they DONT KNOW the reason. They said it will get resolved in 3 days. No update. What to do !!!
