Airtel Prepaid Connection — Unwanted Calls

Even after registering for DND we are regularly receiving unwanted promotional calls from various numbers.

i have a mobile store, i recharge to airtel prepaid on 23/07/11 near 22:12 pm, on number [protected] but due to wrong feeding of amount of Rs 777 in case of amount of Rs 33.I want please back my Rs 777 on my flexy sim number [protected].thanks

Airtel Prepaid — illegal balance deduction twice

hi,
my complaint is regarding illegal balance deduction by airtel. it happened to me twice on12/07/2011 and 24/07/2001. on 12th july 20011 Rs 99 got deducted stating that i have downloaded some java game which i have not downloaded and neither my phone log is showing any data transfer and no game was there on my phone. i complained to customer care but they behaved in a very arrogant way that nothing can be done my reference no was CBDAL [protected]. I called customer care 3 times but every time they put my call on hold stating that they are transferring it to their senior but every time they disconnected the call while it was on hold. after 3 times my calls to customer care was disabled... WHAT A SHAME on dese people...
it happened to me again today on 24th july 2011 when they again deducted Rs 10 on account of some game download.
finally if i have no option then i have to change my network. This is my last attempt regarding this complaint and after that i and my family and friends will not go for any airtel service in my life..

i mukesh jain have purchase airtel sim card 2 months before after 1 month i have bal in my a/c near about 120rs customer care automatically started caller tunes without my information and after 20 days again they charge for it they are cheating with us my mobile no [protected] it is temporary call me on [protected] or mailme on [protected]@gmail.com

I HEARBY WANT TO COMPLAIN THAT AIRTEL PREPAID HAS DISCONNECTED MY NUMBER/SERVICE WITHOUT ANY PRIOR INFORMATION. ON INQUIRY AT THEIR CANTONEMENT OFFICE THEY SAID IT WAS LACK OF PROPER DOCUMENTATION. THIS NUMBER I HAVE USING FOR THE LAST 10+ YEARS. I HAD ALSO AGAIN SUBMITTED TWICE DOCUMENTS AT THEIR BAJRAKBATI OFFICE LAST YEAR.

Airtel Prepaid — anonymous obscene sms

I get frequent sms from [protected] as if the person ( supposedly a male) informing me about his love affair & other activities with his girl friend. I tried informing airtel but in vain as they do not pay heed to this.
I don't know if this can be a complaint posted here, but because of this if it stops i am happy.

Airtel Prepaid — no execution of MNP request

I applied for upc code required for MNP on 17.07.2011 and get on that day, and applied for MNP on 18.07.2011.M ean while on 20.07.2011 one call from customer executive I received and he conveyed me not to leave airtel, initially I didnot agree, but after some conversations I agreed not to leave, on the basis that they will not cancel my MNP request and one local dealer would contact with me and sign the MNP cancellation form with in 48 hours, and the executive send a message to foreward it. I saw that message written CANCELPOA0442871 [protected],means to cancel the MNP.So I did not foreward it.After it there was no significant progress in my MNP request case.I called the customer care again and again but they simply gave time limitations of 24,48 hrs etc.I even send mail to the nodal officer, but no result was seen.On one hand the nodal officer mailed about rejectin of my MNP request, on other hand the customer executive just took 24,48hrs to make MNP.So it really looks like contrast to each other and I am facing this mental tortre since last 11 days.hope my problem of applied MNP could be solved by thid forum.

i took airtel postpaid in april, the shoppee made me run after them for 15 days or issuing the no([protected]), at the time of taking money airtel is first but if there is a problem with the docs they cant give a cal to tel the customer.
in july i tried converting my number from postpaid to prepaid, i cleared all bills n gave the request but they didnt took my request further and generated a further bill of 290. i again cleared all the bills. the no gor converted finally but there was no validity, i did a validity recharge but it was unsuccessful, i called the manager who told me that the first recharge has to be 49( i did of 33) so further my money was wasted. now who will refund me that and shouldnt airtel tell me all this. i am really very very disappointed with airtel and i am throwing the sim away. i suggest nobody to use airtel it only sucks your money out. I expect nobody to hear this complaint.

I contact your customer care. They said to me your proof is not reached our office. Already i have given my phot & Id proof .many times i contact your executives they will not proper response.
