Airtel Prepaid — Can't contact Customer Care Executive
I have prepaid airtel connection. It's validity is expired on 20-Jun-2011. I need to extend the validity of the connection but I am not getting any recharge offer from Airtel for that. Also I am not able to talk to customer care executive. I don't get any option for that when I call 121 or 198. Also there is no any offer in My Airtel My Offer. Dear sir

Airtel Prepaid — call detail privacy

Bewteen my wife and I we have two Pre paid Airtel connections. The respective No. are [protected] and [protected]. These are Delhi No.s.
Since yesterday both our mobile connections have become inactive. Both incoming and outgoing calls are not happening. Similarly we are unable to even send messages.
We are currently in Bangalore and feel totally stranded under the circusmstances.
Can someone help us activate the services on both our mobiles ASAP?

i am afraid of that someone is tracing me by getting call details illegally or by any means.I just want to ensure that is it possible or not.if possible then how can i know about that some one is tracing me or not.
I just want you to clear your customer call detail privecy policy to make me assured that noone is tracing me.
also state that for how many days call history you provide if demanded legally.also state that wat type of call summary you provideie incoming or outgoing

On 18th Saturday 2011, I opted for a daily GPRS pack.
According to which, I get 50 mb in my account ([protected]) valid for 1 day.
but still around 125 Rupees were deducted from my account for using GPRS.
Than I lodged a complaint through customer care and the request reference no.CBDAL[protected] and within 24 hrs. you will receive a call from our customer care like that the msg came. but no reply and action from their side.
Please provide any help possible.

Airtel Prepaid — Mobile Recharge
Dear Sir,I have two Delhi based Mobile Connections:
1. [protected]: I had got this set charged for Rs.249/- at Bangalore on 22nd June 11 and also promptly received a confirmatory SMS message in this regard.
2. [protected]: I had got this set charged for Rs.249/- at Bangalore on 23rd June 11 and also promptly received a confirmatory SMS message in this regard.
Since the last two days I found that all incoming and outgoing calls on these mobile sets ceased to happen as also the SMS messages.
I checked with the vendor and much to my shock I discovered that the two recharges that I got done on my two mobiles could not be credited to my account since mine were Delhi based connections.
This money i.e Rs.249/- each, in full, on the above two mobiles have been debited to the vendor’s account and is with Airtel.
I request the concerned authorities of Airtel to kindly credit Rs.249/- each to my above two mobile connections and resolve the matter since whatever error that has happened is an inadvertent one and I should not be penalized for the same.
I look forward to an early favourable response from Airtel.

In response to my above complaint I received a call from the Corporate Office of Airtel and I was assured that I will be allotted 500 minutes of free STD Calls on both my mobile connections i.e No.s [protected] and [protected].
I am afraid that till date this has not happened.
I once again request that my complaint may please be addressed with sincerity and due seriousness, at the earliest.
