AirTel — Unsubscribe of yahoozone
My Airtel Mobile no.[protected]Regretted much on your inaction on my earlier complaint. Inspite of my complaint I have been getting SMS from airtel yahoozone informing renewal of yahoozone and charging Rs.10/- What is this. It is absurd to mention one should do business but not cheat its customers.
Look into the subject and revert all the charges collected till now. Otherwise I will be constraint to refer the matter to Ambudsmen.
My Cell No is [protected]. I want this service to be terminated as on date. Please note that hence forth, any money charged on account on Yahoo Zone, will not be made.
Despite several request, this unwanted service is still contuining.

I faces a worst ever costumer service from Airtel. It was a clear non professionalism and they are never focussed on customer complaints.
I got a coll from Neon Electronics (a Airtel authorized Customer Service Center in Bangalore) that there was good offer those who want to migrate prepaid to post paid. They said process will take 3 working days.
Now its been 3 weeks, nothing happened, people of Neon electronics are not receiving my calls and contact which given in web sites are wrong.
I have contacted customer care but no use. they said within 3 days it will get activated now 10 days over but no action. I have been putting mail to [protected]@airtelindia.com but my problem is unresolved.
Due to this I wasted money and time on follow up calls and mails and every day i am loosing my temper by trying to contact them my work life also getting disturbed.
Suggest me what should i do.
