This is to inform all the buyers who are planning to buy property from Akme. They are cheaters. In one of the project in Bangalore (AKME BALLET), they are yet to provide the internal club house, tennis court, membership to another club for which they collected Rs.1 Lacs. There are several other facilities missing.
Although they claim to return the maintenance corpus fund after they move out, at the end they are not going to do so as currently in Akme Ballet they are eating up money from this fund.
There are several other issues with this builder and to get a clear picture you need to talk to the Akme Ballet residents to know the real picture.
So, BE AWARE of this builder who is a BIG CHEATER.
