Akme Ballet Complaints & Reviews

Over the last few days (Dec 30, 2009), the Akme Ballet management decided to issue new car parking stickers to residents and have informed the guards at the gates that no vehicle without the stickers be allowed inside. This is to inform all the buyers who are planning to buy property from Akme. They are cheaters. In one of the project in Bangalore (AKME BALLET), they are yet to provide the internal club house, tennis court, membership to another club for which they collected Rs.1 Lacs. There are several other facilities missing.

AKME BALLET by Akme projects is no longer a luxury apartment, thanks to the promoters Anil Nanda group.

As of today (3rd Nov 2008) the project is not complete as claimed by their website.
1) Three blocks (D, E&F) are still under construction.
2) No sign of internal club house(as compare to world class club house mentioned in their web site).
3) 1 Lacs taken for Fern CLub membership, but till today...

I have purchased flat at Akme ballet from akme Projects ltd in September 2005. Akme Projects Ltd. has taken consumer on ride on the following points:

1.0 The completion date as mentioned in the agreements is June 2007. But we still have not received any call from Akme Projects regarding the first PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection). I have visited the site office on Sep 23 207 and they told that PDI may happen on mid Oct 2007....
