[Resolved]  Akme Ballet — Harrasment for parking

Over the last few days (Dec 30, 2009), the Akme Ballet management decided to issue new car parking stickers to residents and have informed the guards at the gates that no vehicle without the stickers be allowed inside. There are many a resident (and tenants as well) who have 2 cars. Now, inspite of the availability of additional car parks in the complex, the management is disallowing issuing of additional stickers. Even for the authorized stickers, there seems to be a furore regarding disbursing of the same.

Clearly, the management seems to be wanting to make money by selling the car parks not understanding that there are many tenants who cannot clearly purchase a new car park simply because of such uncompromising rules.

The management seems to be turning a deaf ear to possibilities of renting out additional car parks at some nominal rates to tenants with 2 vehicles.

This simply shows an obstinate attitude towards providing basic amenities. To me it seems as though the management wants the tenants to leave their apartments. If this continues, I am positive a number of tenants will leave, not to mention the negative publicity that Akme Ballet gains.

Lately, the Akme Ballet management seems to be taking clear steps against allowing life to continue peacefully. Under such scenario, it is becoming more and more evident that life is going to become as uncomfortable as possible...
