[Resolved] Apple India — MY Ipod not working

I bought my apple I-pod touch in february 2010. It stopped working unexpectedly in may ...........I got it replaced in june .................This new piece worked well for one month and on 14th july it again stopped working...................Then i got a new piece again on 7th august and on 9th august it stopped working again......................I am now fed up of this again and again replacements as the service centre is located in Indore at Radington in malwa tower..............and it is not very easy for me to send it to Indore from Bhopal so frequently................I want my money to be refunded now..................I bought it for 13,000 ........The contact no. of radington is [protected]. Apple i pod — ipod not working

I bought the apple i pod from range teleservices, lajpat nagar market, new delhi in the month of may 08..which worked well till september after which i faced problms and was not able to download songs and all songs got erased too. i went pillar to post to rectify it but in vain..nobody listened and hardly had time to get back to old cxs.
Its really had been a bad experience..Wat to do.plz help

Apple i pod — I-Pod Stolen from Side pocket.

Sir,
On 07/06/2009 i traveled from Chandigarh to Delhi By flight -9W 734.
In chandigarh I had Placed my Apple I-Pod of 1 gb in my side pockect.
On reaching Delhi i found my pockect of Baggage open & i-pod was missing.
At airport Delhi i had inform this to your CS associates-Mr Deepanshu, Vikas, Satinder & Neha.
And Also to your Security Associate- Rajeev Kumar.

Kindly resolve find my Ipod.

Apple i pod — IPOD REPAIR

DEAR SIR,

WE HAVE PURCHASED I POD IN JANUARY 2010 IT IS IN WARRANTY ,
BUT DUE TO SOME CHARGING PROBLEM THE I POD SCREE HAS BECOME BLANK AND THERE SERVICE CENTRE HAS GIVEN THE REPORT THAT I POD SHOULD BE REPLACED.

BUT APPLE I POD COMPANY IS NOT GIVEING REPLCAEMENT NOR REPAIRING THE I POD SAYING IT HAS SCRATHCES ON IPOD AS SCRATHCES WERE THERE BUT I POD WAS WORKING SINCE 2 MONTHS BUT SUDDENLY GOT BLANK CSREENED WHEN CHARGED.
