I took an Annual maintaince plan from AQUAPLUS which is an authorized AQUAGUARD service agent.They serviced my machine on the 14th of May 2009, after which my music stopped playing during the water filling.I called them on the21st of May and the standard reply was we will come tomorrow, since then I have contacted them innumerable time sometimes it is some SAMEER, sometimes it is some SHEKHAR that talks to me with the same answer we will come tomorrow but the crooks that they are they never turn up.I regret putting my hard earned money in this product, where the service is so shoddy and run by crooks.Videocon is a cheating company and I would advice all never to buy their products.
The number of this service co is-[protected] and I would be grateful if my product is repaired as my service plan expires on the 28th of August and their mechanic has perhaps removed my music playing equipment or damaged it.

Aqua Pure Plus — RO not working properly
Hi,I have purchased the Aqua Pure plus RO water purifier (Kent model) on September 2010. I have raised nearly 10 complaints, there are not rectifying my complaints. I requested them to replace a new machine, but they took my machine and again given the same machine with same defects. I am keep on calling to the customer but no response from them.

sir/ madami have purchased two in no aquafresh RO purifier compact system worth 8500 Rs each with warranty one year from Bala ji services in Rohini delhi. with in one month of time both system not working. i made lot of calls to attend my complaint to installer and their shop. but they are denying. plz help me out. my My mb no is [protected]

we had purchaed 3nos of Dolpin model aqua pureplus in my appartments, dated on 15.12.10.After installation, i have faced lot of problem due to very poor quality of two pin plug, cable, filter etc.now it is not working.some bad smell coming in the system.i have booked lot of complaints(complaint no-21509) in kallakuruchi, trichy and chennai.simply they are telling that we will come and solve the problem.still nobody has came.so my personal advice is dont purchase in this company.
I also had similar probloms and almost every alter nate week it gets repaired. They gave me a scrap machine. Now they says to take AMC for next year.

yes, I do agree with you people.The person told us that he is the sales manager at the CHENNAI TRADE CENTRE .He promised life time free service bu the service people had attended only for the first three months and after that some 100 calls have been made but no person is responding.After repeated calls when some person responded claims that the the sales rep has made a false promise.Paying 13000/- a huge sum and buying the RO System thought that all are problems are solved with concern to the drinking wated.Now lately realised that we had welcomed problems by paying that money. The water now tastes of iron.GOD BE WITH US to guide against such cheaters in future and request everyone not to BUYYYYYYY BRAND.

I am at Nagercoil.I bought the mechine on 14/2/2011.It worked for three months.When air blocked, I contacted the toll free NO.They directed me to book complaint at a chennai No.When I contacted the gave me a kallakurichi No.The kallakurichi No directed to book the complaint at toll free No.Then I contacted the representative who canvassed me to buy the product at Nagercoil Home link exhibition.Finally I contacted the chennai office Number and lodged the complaint.After insisted for the complaint number they have a number .I booked the complaint on 31/05/2011, I am contacting regularly for ractification of the fault.But nobody is answering or responding.Please help me.I am redy to file a case against this fraud company at Nagercoil.Please advise me.
Hi, I also bought one aqua pure plus in Nov 2010, as i did not read these complaints before buying. They have committed a fraud on us. For the past 10 days they have been dodging us and not replacing the affected part. They do not have the courtesy to return our call. i am also ready to file a case against this fraud company. I ALSO AGREE NO ONE SHOULD BUY THIS PRODUCT. THANK GOD I DID NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT TO ANY OF MY FRIENDS.

We are struggling to get the services of this people every month--They force us to purchase their product and to enter AMC--and after that no services Water is an essential commodity -it is high time the management wake up and attend monthly services in time.--Even after calling either they do not lift the phone--or thy cut the phone . They never allow to contact higher authorities.They do not share their address--Public is in a fix with this tpe of people and their products----It is high time something to be done to bring these people to the right track--We are facing these problem every month

Aqua Pure Plus Water purifier — Waste of Buying this product
i brought aqua pure , after two days of installation unit is not working after lodging complaint they visit nearly after two months, then two days unit worked, third day onwards unit is not working, still unit is not working, the same problem happens till date, am totally fed up with your product, totally waste of money, This problem not only happens for me, most of the people in my surroundings faced the same problem,Total waste of money

I completely agree. I bought a water filter from Aqua pure plus (Nano pure). For the first few months, it was okay, they came every month to service it and their customer service people called after that to check if we were happy with the service etc. Talk about a honeymoon period. All was well until the water started smelling like sewage. I checked all the other taps in my house, wondering if the problem was my water source. But everything else smelled just fine. It was impossible to even bring the bottle near the mouth, forget about drinking it. It smelled so pathetic, that it was nauseating.
I made calls to the call centre and explained the problem. It took several days (and more phone calls) before someone turned up. And even that person was rude and sulky (probably because I was so frustrated with everything and having to buy expensive bottled water everyday, hence was not 'courteous'.) He fixed it and left. A few hours later, the water started smelling again. The only smell I can compare it to is sewage. It was that bad. Meanwhile, the tap started leaking and my kitchen was perennially damp. To say that I was angry/annoyed/irritated is an understatement. Another week of bottled water and harried phone calls went by before another person came. He fixed it and I asked him to wait for sometime to see if everything is ok. It was. He left. Another hour later, the tap started leaking again and the water started smelling again.
By this time I had arranged for canned water, so my family doesn't go thirsty or worse fall ill because of this pathetic water purifier.
I called the manager for my area several times, and he was another story altogether. He didn't even let me finish what my complaint was and shut me up by yelling 'I KNOW I KNOW I KNOW'. He got it back from me for that, but that was the last I heard of him. After that I became a known number to him and he doesn't pick up my calls.
I'm tired of this cat and mouse race. But, I have a water filter that I have paid for and can't use. So again, I called the customer service and told the girl that my water smelled. And she asks, "Ok, so what's your complaint?" I'm dealing with immature, unprofessional people and its unfortunate.

water filter -aqua guard — need service plus has a issue
hi, we purchased aqua guard in february 2008. . i am calling service centers from pass 6 days . everytime answer is "we will send person tommorrow sure" .and tommorrownever comes, its really getting crazy to wait for you guys and you dont turn up.when we caled technician 2 months ago
screw behind could not be unscrewed and technician said he would get the tool to fix it, its been ages he turned in to fix it .
dont know whats happening to you people . hope you take some action soon.
