    I am Ganesh A from Pune . I bought Aquagurd on March 2010. i got call from service center regarding replacement of candle in the machine on 5 May,2011. i have handover cheque to concern persone for new candle. at the time of installation person was replacing old candle in my auaguard machine. i have asked him that candle is not sealed and expiry date is not mentioned on candle. i was angy on him , he told me that service center manager told him to fix old candle.

    These people are playing with our health we should we united againts monopoly of these company.

      I have purchased Aqua Sure water filter from Raj Kitchens, Nalasopara (East), on 17/11/2009.

      While purchasing the product we were told that the cartridge should be replaced after 1500 liter of filtration of the water, the capacity of the cartridge to purify the water is 1500 liter.

      We were told to take care of the product by cleaning it every week for better result.

      We are the family of 4 person 2 adult, 2 children our average consumption of water is less than 8 liter per day that means to purify 1500 liter it will take more than 6 months.

      Now my complaint is while replacing a cartridge 8 months before I noticed that after 3 months the water stop filtering on complaining to the customer cell they asked me to show them the bill of purchase of the product, which I have not taken from the retailer so I kept mum but after that whenever I purchased the cartridge I used to take the bill.

      on 28/02/2011 I again bought the cartridge this time again the water stop filtering after one and half month and again I complained to the customer cell this time again they asked for the bill, after seeing the bill the customer care executive said we are not responsible for the product you must not have taken proper care by cleaning the product. and did not replace me with another cartridge.

      It is not financially possible for the middle income family to change the cartage every 2 months amounting to Rs 399/-

      Hence I request the company to replace me with another cartridge and do the needful at the earliest and oblige.

        I purchased the Aquagurad Reviva for my organisation on Dt. 27.04.11 and the given cheq. on the date of 30.04.11 and it is honoured. But the service people not attended to install the system.

        Everyday I am calling to u r service person named Mr. Giri and he is keep on postponing to install the system. Since last 3 days he is not attending to my phone also. Since last 3 days I am contanting u r office, they r also post poning.

        I never seen this type of service in my life. I am very unhappy with u r product service, i will not reconmend to any body.

          I have bought a Eureka Forbes Vacuum cleaner Trendy Steel a some time ago from Vijay Sales
          The pipe (not spiral) has broken so I asked for a replacement. You said that you do not have it in stock but that you will send it as soon as you have it.
          It has been a few months and either you still do not have it or you have not bothered to heed my request.
          Either way you service is horrendous.
          The day before yesterday I called 39883333 and spoke with Imran. He said he would forward my complaint and that I would receive a call.
          Nothing happened.
          I said I would put this note up on www.consumercomplaints.in within 2 days time if I do not hear from you. That is what I am going to do right now.
          If I still do not hear from you I shall send this note to leading newspapers.

          eureka forbes/ vacuum cleaner — HORRIBLE SERVICE

          I bought a vaccum cleaner from Eureka Forbes nearly 2 years ago. It started giving me trouble after 6-9 months. I have been calling Eureka Forbes and complaing ever since. 3 months after i first called them someone showed up unannounced at my doorstep. I was not at home as i was not expecting the service person and he convinced my staff that there was nothing wrong with the vaccum cleaner. It throws dirt back at you instead of sucking it in and so is pretty useless to me as far as vaccum cleaners go.
          10 - 12 days ago i called Eureka Forbes again and as always i was assured someone would come within 2 working days. When no one turned up i called again, and again and again and each time a sorry sounding sales exec would assure me that someone would come the very next day. I think President Obama will visit me sooner than some service exec from this company.
          I just feel that this behaviour can be gotten away with in India only. I am certain that the Eureka Forbes guys are not half as hopeless in other parts of the world. I think their international head or Asia Pacific head should be sent a copy of all the compalints they must get. Sadly I do not have that person's email ID or i would have done it a year back.

          I purchased vaccum cleaner formy domestic use. The model is trendy and manufacturer/ marketing by Eureka Forbes.

          Despite my all efforts i am unable to get the demo of the same.
          Can u help me in the matter.

          Dear sir, I purchased a Eureka Forbes vacuum cleaner 1 year back.Now it has just stopped working
          when I purchased this machine from Vijay Sales I was told that in case of any problem Eureka Forbes
          will do servicing,When I called them at Ph.No.39883333 they flatly refused to send their service man.
          Can you show me how to get it repaired.

          i m pinki walia.i bought a vacuum cleaner from eureka forbes.but this company even didn't give a demo and as well as there is also a in the product i complaint in custmer care but they did not even react .plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz take strict action against them
          I have purchased a eureka forbs trendy steel model vaccum cleaner.The machine working fine but the sealing element of the flux hose is damaged, so I am not able to use it more than 6 months.I have contacted the customer care 100 times and called the local service centre morethan that times, but nothing happened. I am planning to file a case in consumer court against the company.

          I have purchased a eureka forbes trendy steel model vaccum cleaner just a month back. And its sucking power is really low. It is not cleaning anything, looks like defect piece. i have called customer care around 5 times on the same issue, and every time they said they will send a technician to check the problem and fix it. Till now nobody showed up or called. Finally i ended up complaining here, Pathetic customer service.

            Dear Sir,

            I was staying in Kundara when I bought my aquaguard nova. I had sevice contract and service given was prompt. On September, 2009 I have shifted to Thevally, Kollam (A3, Vaidya Retreat II, Palace Nagar, Thevally, Kollam). After that I had my nova serviced only once and that also after posting a complaint exactly in this way. This is a break of service contract after making the payment. I cannot understand the difference between Kundara and Thevally in getting the service. Please make me know what i must do to get my nova serviced promptly.

                I was using an Aquaguard Total RO purifier for more than a year now. Last week I shifted my residence, and for that I made a relocation request to Eureka Forbes on the 28th of April. The technician promptly came and uninstalled the unit. But after shifting we again had to call them for reinstalling, along with a request for a diverter valve, on the 30th. We were told a technician would be coming the same day, but nobody turned up. We had to call them repeatedly everyday, and finally one person came on the 4th morning. But he did not bring the valve, and so had to go back to get one. When he failed to return we had to call him again, and he said there was no stock of the diverter valve! Today is the 5th, and no trace of any technician yet...! What a great service from Eureka Forbes!

                  i m very fedup from your service center(sai soultion, 135,loknayak appt. sector-9, rohini).i have AMC..But then too they are not providing me good facility and their receptionist(Gitanjali Bhardwaj)doesn't know how to talk to customers.......she always talk to us in a very rude manner....i complaint the center to change sobonett s.v. part of my R.O. and after 2 mnths they replaced it wid the old one........i want u to take strick action against this........otherwise i have to go to consumer court....

                      I had bought a Eureka Forbes Water
                      Filter IVORY UV "Aquasure" from your company on
                      16th Dec 2009,(invoice no GFE-1644) Dealer name GUMAN Electronics
                      and since then it has broken down atleast 5 times. In Feb
                      2010 I had lodged 8-10 complaints at your Jaipur office, about
                      it, as a result of which some technician was sent to examine it.your team
                      has taken almost 10 days for reverting back. However,
                      it has broken down Again in Jun 2010. and no one has turned up since then
                      and the executives have been providing new complaint no.s
                      I spoke to dealer and finally
                      on 19th July 2010, I got an approval for changing the product and I took (Aquasure NANO RO)

                      Thereafter it worked smooth and in Jan 2011 it has broken down again which was repaired in couple of days. But in Apr 2011 it has again broken down atleast 3 times. Some technician came twice and repaired that machine for half hearten next day it broken down again and since 22 nd Apr 2011 I am regularly logging a complaint on customer care no: [protected] but no one is turning back, though they are providing me a new complaint number, a new commitment every time.

                      and a TAT of 24 hrs alongwith. I would like to know what is the

                      I am told that my concern will be resolved int he next 24 hoursI
                      need to get it repaired/replaced at the earliest. Its disheartening to see such
                      an esteemed brand like yours misguiding customers just to meet their
                      sales targets.

                      my neighbor is using
                      a "Kent" water purifier, which does not demand anything
                      and is serving the family quite well, so why can't an equivalent brand
                      like Eureka Forbes do the same.


                      My father is going through Dialysis
                      and I have been advised by the doctor to maintain a dust free environment
                      in his room, Food and Water to avoid infection else the consequences
                      can be fatal. Last week due to the absence of Filtered water,
                      he was diagnosed
                      with infection, the treatment
                      of which is costing me Rs 10,000- 15,000 per week.

                      I demand that appropriate action be taken in the next 24 hours to address
                      my grievances, else I will be forced to go to the consumer forum for a
                      solution...

                        I had purchased Aquaquard TOTAL SENSA SMP+ water purifier_EUREKA FORBES on[protected]. Warranty is applicable for 24 months . My problems are as follows:
                        1) Insects are found in water tank(in filtered water), Due to the improper designing of the water tank , insects get enough space to enter into the water tank). The water thus, becomes unsuitable for drinking.
                        2) This particular model is priced much higher(Rs. 17,900), then the regular models of RO for the additional feature o[censored]V treatment .And this function is not working since a long time due to the technicians fault.
                        3) Earlier the technicians used to come but soon they started ignoring our problems and there is
                        NO RESPONSE from their side.
                        4) Since, last eight months I've been regularly buying mineral water from the market as I have no other option.
                        I am extremely fed up of EUREKA FORBES , I have tried everything, phone calls, internet complains, requests...but all in vain.PLEASE HELP US

                          On 9/8/2010, I bought aqua guard from Mr. Arul (salesman Anna Nagar). But he did not give the machine that came in courier and he took it and gave us old machine. The day from which we fixed the machine for 10days once the purifier does not work properly. So, I request you to give us new RO/Reviva machine. So that we does not have water for drinking.                             I had bought R02 last month. The first two days it was working fine and we proposed the same machine to my opposite flats also. They also purchased it.

                            After one week, water from my R02 flow got reduced and we called Eureka. After several calls, they came
                            and corrected it. But the water was not flowing fast as before.

                            Again with in one week, the same problem. We called Eureka, and they told ' Water pressure' is low. But when we checked, the water pressure was very good and the plumber told us it was the problem with the machine.

                            Now again i had called Eureka last week, and since last week after repeated calls still they are not visiting.

                            This is purely a new machine and its causing lots of problem.

                              Hi,

                              I booked a RO based water filter (Aquaguard Reviva). I had to pay 10,990/- in advance through cheque to place the order. I was told that the machine would be delivered the very next day. Next day neither did the machine did the machine nor any communication from Eureka Forbes. Next evening, when we still didn't hear from Eureka Forbes, I called up the customer service and I was told that the machine would be delivered that very evening. Guess what, the machine still did not come. In the night I called up the guy who had delivered a well rehearsed set of lies to cheat me of over 10k bucks and what I got was a couple of phone numbers (of so called Regional Manager & Area Sales Manager). But after trying to call them up for over half an hour, I realised that in Eureka Forbes they only believe in sales by going to any extent of lies. The next day, I have made several calls and what I was alwats told "bas ek ghante mein aa rahi hai machine". That never happened. I would like to beware prospective customers of this whol;e big fraud called Eureka Forbes. Go for it only if you want to know what nightmare is all about.
                              The name of the guy who sold me the machine is Rakesh from Dwarka. The guys (the sol called high level managers) Mr. L C Joshi and Mr. Ashok Debnath I don't believe in picking up phones. You would be left totally on your own.

                                HI ,

                                This is in regards to Aquaguard classic model . The circuit in this model fails now and then.
                                Is that the water will be harmful , if the circuit fails in this model .

                                Like, we obtain the water when the switch is green . But due to circuit failure it again goes to Red and the water flow stops.

                                So if we use the water until the light is green , will it be harmful or would it be having any acidic content?

                                  This is a caution call for all residents of South Mumbai.
                                  We were not at home when our maid was informed by security that the water filter person has come to check the water filter. Since this was a regular feature, the maid gave permission for the person to visit the house. This person entered our house and checked the filter and recommmended that, since the unit was old and not servicable anymore, we should opt for their replacement offer by paying a certain amount and left the brochure and estimate for replacement offer.
                                  My wife then called me and asked my opinion regarding the same and gave me the name of the model offered so I could check on the net.
                                  No such model existed for the brand we have at home.
                                  This person came to our house under the pretext of checking our unit from the Brand Company whose filter we use. Not once did he say that he was representing Aquaguard. Only close scrutiny of the brochure made us aware that he was from Aquaguard, a water filter we do not own.

                                  My complaint is that how can a person visit my residence and mislead us into thinking that he was from the company whose appliance we own.
                                  HAd bad exp with "Pure It" as well...every 4 months the filter n Battery-kit needs to be replaced..but the person had come without the receipt/bill from Pure-It and had charged more than usual..
                                  On asking for producing the bill @home, he refused n then took his battery-kit back and left without replacing the old one with new one!!

                                  Hope such ppl dont get away without facing punishment, as they r also spoiling the image of HCL - Pure It!

                                    Our water purifier of Classical make is under AMC with the EUREKA FORBES vide receipt number[protected] dated 29/7/2010 for three years and was due for servicing for the month of February 2011.No services has been provided by the vendor despite repeated calls to the vendor at B-6/9 Safdarjung Enclave New Delhi. Even a complaint number LS- 46 has been registered with their head office at phone number 30674952 on 7th April 2011 and further take up the issue with their higher officers Shri Ashwani Tripathi and Mr Dhir (owner of safdarjung acquaguard agency--[protected]) but to no avail. Kindly help me.

                                      I am using Aquaguard Reviva RO water purifier for last one and half yrs. In between there was little problem of membrane but the problem was sorted out by Technician then again its running properly. I have renewed my AMC in March first week. and its filter was to be changed at the time of renewal of AMC but the Technician Ashish told that it not available right now but he will bring next week and get it changed. I trusted him but ten days passed and he didnt came when i called him he always says that filters are not available.

                                      I also talked to MR. Manoj who is stores incharge probably , he told be he will make available in two days not one and half months have passed but i have not got my filters changed.

                                      We are using such unpurified water bacause filters are just exausted. my daughter is suffering from Gastro...whom to complaint ..whom to say ....Company has now got only name ...if they dont have filters for last one and half months ...they should not say they are on number one position.

                                      Its a shame that in this compettitive market they dont have filters ....technician has time to come for payment of AMC but dont have filters.

                                      I bought Aquaguard Total Reviva RO one year back at cost of 9990/-. Now it is the time of filter change after one year warranty. The strange thing is now the Technician says the filter change cost is 3500/-. My friend has same product. And He got replaced three filters in 700 only with one year warranty.

                                      Very bad and unhappy thing is why I had not been told at the demo time about the filter facts. And if I have to pay 3500 every year, then why I will go for Eureka Forbes products. In that case Retail bottle (30/-) per day is good for me. I think I have been cheated by Eureka Forbes.
                                      in membrane bar code and month and year of manufactured is not their is mandatry or its optional

                                      i agree that aquagurd reviva is the worst kind of purifier. With such a huge maintenance cost several new purifier can perhaps be bought every three years.

                                      Same complaint from me, i brought 5600 Rs Eureka filter. When i wanted to replace the filter after warranty period they told me the filter and service change will cost 1800 Rs. Seems Eureka is cheating all the customers in the same way.
                                      Aquaguard is a pathetic brand...run like a mafia... Beware of the sales person...they are cheats.

                                      4500 for AMC, with 2 service visits. In last one year, no one visited, nor they are listening to my call...Worst service, poor ethics.
                                      Filters are really expensive. I really don't understand their strategy of forcibly selling the amc. Company doesn't even track the no of free servicing performed, you need to track and plead to visit your home. This is forcing me to think about Kent or other companies, as here maintenance cost is very expensive.
                                      I totally agree with all the feed backs above. The service charge for one year charged to me was 4800/- yesterday. These guys are cheating. Moreover these guys only call when they have to renew the service contract. In all other cases we have to repeatedly call them for service. Very Bad as a company taking advantage of consumers.

                                      Not sure should not there by CAP on this companies to charge service charges. It is easy way for big companies to sell a product at lower rate and then bind the customer with High AMC costs year after year.

                                      Yes, I have experienced the same. My Aquaguard RO+UV stopped functioning and I requested for service. The technician came on time. He charged around 4800/- for the replacement of filters. It is damn costly. Anybody please suggest other ways to buy these filters and fix.
                                      All service firms are cheat. They charged me Rs 4000 (that to after a hard bargain of discount of Rs 440 from AMC of rs 4440) for AMC, did not even include membrane filter in that cost. Not a single visit for maintenance in entire year. And after one year they have guts to call for service again.
                                      Exactly the same even I have seen that there is not a single visit for maintenance in entire year. And after one year they just land up asking for AMC. Stating some filter to be changed etc... Again charge you extra.
                                      I am having UV filter and wishing to change to RO since we recently changed our residence where we get hard water. The servicing agent before coming to the place is charging around 9000 for changing this UV to RO filer. Any comments please ...I have a feeling that they cheating.
                                      Not a good product at all.
                                      Over and above this very bad after sales or service from company.
                                      Service persons do not attend during warranty period, instead come after warranty and charge Rs4800 as AMC + Rs3500 for pump.
                                      Totally behind money rather than real customer satisfaction.

The water I am getting now is it pure or not how can I know? there is no indicator as well. My Reviva is now connected with city water line. in that case is RO filter is necessary? if not then this filter can be usable or not? pl guide me.The last servicing done with filter change done almost two years ago. As i think filter durability depend on total water purified, time used and input water quality.

                                      Why does the filter does not cover under warranty, also really a worst product to use, my filter gone faulty for more than five times, Aquaguard technician simply says problem with the water, where at my Apartment i have four people who are using Aquaguard water filter, seriously fed up with the product.

                                      I purchased Dr. Aquaguard Magna model ( without RO). Till date there is no problem with the Aquaguard or with the water quality. Aquaguard service centre continuously call and insists for the filter replacement. In between a person from Aquaguard had visited and inspected the water and confirmed that it not required to change the filters at the moment. Additionally a sales person also advised me that if the water flow stops or experience and bad smell, then only it is time to change the filter. Service centre informed the price of filter 1950/- and pushing to take the annual contract for 3 years. I am unable to understand, whether the filter really needs to be chaged or Aquaguard wants to sell the contract for three years. What is the exact price of filters?

                                      No happy with such a service from Eureka Forbes. If so there is no point I buying these product if consumables are so costly?
