Raised a complaint on 11th May 2024 on accidental purchase of AMC. The complaint number given by Eureka Forbes is CM[protected]. However, even after multiple follow ups the issue is still open. I am getting same standard response of "Within 24 hours, our respective team will get in touch with you. Your concerns have been escalated to the senior team members for prompt action." after every follow up....

I am writing to express my frustration regarding the lack of resolution for my service request (CM[protected], which I raised on 9th December 2024 for my VacMop under warranty. While a technician visited and assured me that spare parts would be ordered, there has been no progress since then.

I have repeatedly followed up through various channels, including contacting the technician (who has stopped answering my calls)...
