The claims Original Records will submitted in Department of Posts on
13.07.2011.then i received only one letter from postal department dt.
19 July 2011 (No. RPIL/D-CLAIM/R-KL-EA-361979) the letter attached
with this mail(letter-1). After that one of your officer Ms. Asha ( From
Fortcochin, Office) Came and inquire or collect the relevant documents
from me.

Since then! i am follow up with your esteemed offices (Ernakulam,
Aluva..Office) through Telephone. In that time i know that
the policy will rejected.Then i have send one more registered
letter dt. 02.02.2012 (Attactment: letter-2) to Aluva Office. but i
have not received any letter or call from Postal Department legally.

I Face Many Difficulties.

Hence, I request you to give necessary instructions to the sections
concerned for the issue of claim without further delay.

I agree with the complsints given above. I am also an ex-serviceman. PLI Dte Lucknow settled my claim of tweo policies in 2 to 3 years. In one case regarding my policy No L-6300 I represented the case to the Grevancy Cell under Home Ministry where the Ministry also could not do any thing except giving me loly pops. They only backed up the PLI Cell. Till a concreat step is not taken against the defaulters their attitude will not be mended. Last in my PLI L-120125 the case is hanging for more than two years. Can you do some thing.

army postal life insurance — payment of left over money

Sir,
i was the policy holder(APS-504413) which was matured on 31 Jan 2010. I received 118500/- rupees in the month of april 2010. I was told by 748 FPO that left over money (16500/- rupees) will be given after two-three months. After sending repetetive reminders till date result is nil. I met your end (Netajee Nagar , New Delhi ) in Oct 10,where i was told that upgradation of system is going on and you will get your leftover mature money soon, but till date i didnot get the same.
you are requested to intervene in the matter, so that i can get my money as soon as possible.

I am a serving Jco in Army Medical Corps. I have not received balance final payment
towards policy no APS-389972-L, which was matured on 19-Oct-2010. I visited the office
of Addl Directorate Gen APS (PLI) DELHI, where Mr.M(.who deals with the AMC personels PLI) ASSURED me that I will get the balance amount with in 15 days.
Now more than one month is over NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN . Sir it is requested

when i joined in PLI on 1986 and my policy no is KL 926C dated[protected]and it matured as on[protected].after it matured i sent my PLI passbook and all other documents to the office of DEPUTY DIVISIONAL MANAGER(PLI SECTION), KERALA CIRCLE, TVM - 33.From there they rejected because of not attaching the policy with my documents.I sent an indemnity bond for to issue a duplicate policy on[protected] from alanallur post office, palakkad dist, 678601 to the office of CHIEF POST MASTER GENERAL, KERALA CIRCLE as directed from the same office.

Format of Personal bond of Indemnity for obtaining duplicate policy and also for taking payment in respect of matured PLI policy when policy document is lost by the insurant is available on official cite of India post . But the same is not in proper way. People working in PLI CPC use to give both the format to every customer with instruction to prepare Indemnity bond on NJ court stamp paper tagging together both forms. Both the format contains many wrong words also.

Please arrange to correct the format for easy use of common customer as well as for the better knowledge of PLI. CPC. officials too.

I, Karna Bahadur Rai, regular depositor of premium and holder of PLI Proposal No.411068 and Policy No.APS-299193-C whose date of Maturity is Feb'2010 would like to lay down the following few lines for your necessary action please. That sir, though my policy have matured on the said date and have made all the correspondance to all the concerned authority but still I have not received the sum assured.The authorities denied me of not depositing my monthly premium which is not true. I possess all the documents of my monthly premium deposit. I request for your early and necessary action please.

I, jiten chhetri, holder of PLI Proposal No.417412 dt 23 May'2001 and Policy No.APS-303300-C would like to know details of recovery statement of premium till 28 Jun'2010.

Pl. find herewith the below mentioned emails which I have sent to the office of the PLI

My PLI No.GJAEA280746 -CC was matured on 16/4/15 and I submitted my passbook and PLI policy at GEB Head Office, Vadodara on 17/4/15 and also gave my mobile number. When I enquired about my policy they replied that as their online is not working no action has been taken by them till date and asked me to collect my passbook and policy and to submit it to some other post office. I collected the same and submitted the same on 23/4/15 at Racecourse post office. In this regard I am to mention that the GEB staff did not call me to collect the passbook and policy so that I can submit the same to any other post office but when I enquired they told me to collect the same and don't have any responsibility. This attitude is very much negative and necessary action is must in such cases. Till date I have not received my maturity amount. Yesterday on 19/5/15 I enquired about the same at Fatehgunj post office they gave me a letter of Maturity claim setlement on policy and told me that in the evening on same day I can collect the cheque from the GEB Racecourse post office and as I am at present working at Ahmedabad I took leave and went to GEB Race course post office but they told me that they have not received any letter from Fatehgunj office. So today on 20/5/15 also I took CL and went to GEB Post office but they still replied that they have not received any letter from Fatehgunj office. In this regard I called the customer care number[protected] but they also did not gave any proper reply and not a single customer care or the post office gave any proper reply. It is more than one month after the maturity date.
