[Resolved]  Axis Bank — Credit card swipe machine problem

Dear sir,

Our Hotel Veer Castle the axis bank credit card swiping machine is not working for the last two months. We are already give 4 times complaints through phone but till now there is no response.

So you take the complaint and do the needful as early as possible.

In our showroom (Trend studio) the axis bank credit card swiping machine is not working for past three days. We have already lodged complaints(ch0512037) through phone but till now there is no response. So you take the complaint and do the needful as early as possible.

Dear sir,
In our showroom i applied for the axis bank credit card swiping machine, bank has given me an old machine, so i gave a written complaint to the bank to change the machine, but since last six months no action has been taken the manager has promised to change the machine, but no action.

So, we had not done any single transaction with the machine, but bank is charging every month for the machine, which we are not using... i went to close my account but they given a curd reply that i have to pay extra amount to close the acoount, so i am very fad up with this worst bank nobody is there to listen only money money... So you take the complaint and do the needful as early as possible.

In May 2016, Axis bank representative visited my shop and described your card swiping machines new plan..that I won't have to pay any monthly rentals or no charges will be taken from my account when settling the bills. Instead you have charged 2 % from my account on each transaction. Please refund the money or I request you to close my account and take back the card swiping machine immediately.
