Hello Sir,

I had taken a policy from Bajaj Allianz 3 years back, the plan name is Bajaj Allianz Capital Unit Gain. My policy no is [protected]. I have given the first premium amount of 12000 Rs. Due to some personal reasons and hearing many fraud stories from this company, I did not pay the second and third premiums. Now the closing period is over as it is 3 years now and when I inquired about my money at the office they are telling they cannot pay it back. No where in the agreement given by them is given that they will not pay back in this situation. Please do the necessary to get my amount back.

Bajaj Allianz — deposit

I have deposited the premium last year 2007 and again due in the month of Sep 2008. But you send a letter your premium is not deposited.
Dear Sir,

I am a holding a bajaj allianz policy No:[protected].Which is registered on my customer portal with all details confirming.I have all online card payment receipts.Now conflict is that same policy is with another customer with bond.Whenever i enquired bajaj allianz about my policy documents they didnt send it.But all payment receipts they sent on my registered mail and home address.Now the other customer is a surrendered this policy and is looking for payment.I have made a complaint for this issue with bajaj allianz.The conflict reason for is because of same name of other customer too.how can this issue be resolved can i have my payment back?

    Hello Sir,

    Kindly refer Policy number: "74494566" under "UnitGain Plus Gold" scheme.
    I recieved a cheque of Rs 5660 after a period of 3 years. I paid premium of Rs 25000 during the year 2007.
    I have not yet surrendered my policy even than Bajaj Alliaz have terminated it.
    Please suggest what action should I take at my end.

    Our representative has called you and informed you that your policy is in lapse status since 14/12/2008 due to non-payment of premium amount. Hence policy is foreclosed & the foreclosure amount of Rs. 5660 paid to you. For further reference your itrack no.10274411.

    But how can Bajaj just terminate policy and return 1/5th amount?If you are terminating then return the actual money paid without paying any interest on it???I dont think it was mentioned anywhere to the customer in reminder foloow ups???

      Iam K.Sundaresan & my I.C.CODE NO; [protected][protected].Iam doing business since 2005 with BAJAJ ALLIANZ LIFE INSURANCE CO.LTD.During this period I have collected more than 7 lacs regular premium unit gain policy.

      Because of my performance and my MBA qualfication I was offered the position of Sr.Sales. Manager(EMP.CODE.84629) for T.Nagar branch,Chennai,Tamilnadu in june 2006 .During February 2009 I have applied for medical leave as suggested by my doctor because of low back pain and I have been advised not to travel in Two-wheeler.From the period 2006 to 2009 I have done the business to the tune of more than Rs 1 crore regular premium.In the mean time my branch manager Mr.Vanamamalai has rejected my leave and terminated me from the employment service with immediate effect.During my employment service, the company had also recovered my IC Commisions from my salary.

      I kindly request you to do a minimum favour of activating my IC.CODE NO. -[protected] and releasing all the renewal commission amount due to me at the earliest.Since because of non payment iam unable to work.My IC CODE AND I.R.D.A.LICENSE was renewed on 25.3.2009 and its valid upto 24.3.2012.

      What bajaj was did to me.Once the agent crossed 6 lacs regular premium they will not give proper support and help.and try to offer a sales manager post as a free of cost and then they terminating within a year itself.Whey they did all you know for an a RENEWAL COMMISSION.They terminated older ic code and then they taken us a commission.In the Last financial year they took more than 300 crores from agents renewal commission itself.

      This was happend many agents. Then customers money???Think all.

      Hello bajaj allianz i want back my ic renewal commission do u understand-If you need more money means do someother cheating activity.Dont play with agnts and customers.I was inform this matter to bajaj allianz honorable leader CEO kamesh also.but he did make silence.

              i went to bajaj allianz insurance company located at Rajpur Road , Dehradun and the employee refused to provide insurance cover to my car saying that we dont provide insurance to mahindra renault logan, it was really surprising as to how an individual can tarnish the company's image in order to reduce his work.

                        I renewed my motor insurance policy with Bajaj Allianz and made the payment thru their IVR service on 15th November 2010. My existing policy # OG[protected]-00021276. I received the receipt for the same.

                        However, till date (27th November 2010) they have not sent me the policy schedule. They have not even sent me a soft-copy of the schedule, which was promised within 48hours of the payment.

                        The call-centre I spoke to today, reiterated their commitment to arrange for the soft-copy and the policy documents in 7-14 working days.

                        Can't figure out what is it that they are doing?

                        Plz help...

                          Bajaj Allianz was introduce us with little benfits. They given us a policy for 20 years and they inform us that you can stop the Policy paying after 3 years, if you are not interested to pay more. you will get the full amount and interest on it. ANd we pay Rs. 10,000/- per year for 3 years.

                          Now when we want to withdraw the money for my sons college admission, they are introducing the Policy to us that after 3 years you stop paying money but policy will go for 20 years, if you want to withdraw now you will get after cutting 5500/- from actual amout. if you are continue with not paying the amount of Rs. 10,000/- for further period you will get your money back but after cutting some equivalent amount for not paying the policy amount.

                          Woh, what a policy they are introduced. Like this policy Company has to discontinue with immediate effect. Govt has to take action against them if they are doing such fraud cases. With this compliant we request you to please inform the Bajaj Alliaz to pay us atleast our Rs. 30,000/- we are not at all interested in interest amount. but what we are invest atleast we has to get that money otherwise we may proceed for Consumer Court for our money.

                            Have taken an insurance from the above said company.. and on an unforutnate day my rear wind shield got broke and left the vehicle for service with traident hyundai. the calim is still not approved even after three days.
                            the insurance survey guy from BAJAJ ALLIANZ GENERAL INSURANCE is such a arrogent person that he talks even wihtout a basic respect to customer and have never seen such a service or support from any other insurance company i think this is the worst insurance company in india.

                              Hello,

                              Whomever it may concerned.

                              This is to inform you that I have purchased a motor insurance (renewed my car policy of ford fiesta) from Bajaj Allianz on Friday 19th November, 2010.

                              The payment of Rs. 15,378.00 was made through my Citibank Credit card on 20-NOV-10 at BAJAJALLIANZ-BILLDES.

                              As my car policy was lapsed on 13th of November 2010 and also it is an offence in India to drive a vehicle without insurance, I didn’t want to delay it anymore hence I clearly mentioned to Ms. Tarannum (From Bajaj Allianz, Pune) that I want my policy to be renew immediately and I will purchase the insurance from you company only if your company is willing to provide the same on urgently basis.

                              I was assured by the above mentioned person that the same will be done as soon as I make payment preferably by Credit card. I therefore choose to make payment by my credit so that my policy gets renewed on immediately basis and I can start using my vehicle (its current parked at my resident and I am travelling in bus, local trains and taxis, spending lot of money).

                              As soon as I made the payment, I called up Tarannum however, she didn’t pick up the call despite trying a couple of times. I then emailed her keeping her other collogues on CC and mentioned that I have made the payment and waiting for the soft copy of the policy.

                              To my surprise there was no response to it (please note that I had exchanged a couple of emails before making the payment regarding some clarification on the policy and all emails were answer within an hour). However, this time even after 24 hours, there was no response.

                              I again called up a couple of times on 22nd November (after waiting for 03 days) in the morning but no response. I again wrote an email to Tarannum keeping her other collogues on CC still no response from there end. Called up on the board line number and after requesting numerous time to the customer care executive and waiting for about 20 mins on phone, I got to speak with Tarannum. She again assured me that the policy will be done and the same will be sent across to by 4.30 or 5 PM today evening via email (soft copy) but it wasn’t done.

                              After getting too frustrated with their careless behavior, I again wrote an email to them at 6.43 PM on 22nd November but still there is no response again.

                              I wonder India is the 3rd powerful nation and our economy is one of the strongest in the world still we face such behavior from reputed companies like Bajaj. We as individuals get attracted to such big companies hoping they would provides us good service. Our hard earned money will not go waste however, increasing such incidents make us thing if there is anyone listening, is anyone bother or willing to help.

                              On 23rd November, finally I get a soft copy of the policy and guess what, the details in the policy are incorrect. Even they have the RC book of my car, still they made mistake in vehicle number…. Isn’t height of careless behavior.

                              I am tired and frustrated with the follow ups and getting no response to it. I am not able to attend my office on time as I have to manage with public transport with my bad health.

                              I would like to advice all the people of my nation, don’t ever trust Bajaj Allianz, it’s the worst company I have ever come across. I was advised by my car dealer that these guys are the worst in the business however, I still trusted them since it is Bajaj however, I was wrong and feel too disappointed. Are you listening Mr. Rahul Bajaj?

                                it is respectfully submitted that i applied the above said policy of bajaj allianz, policy came to my home and when i read the policy, the terms and conditions were not acceptable to me and I immediately applied for free look cancellation of this policy on company's customer care phone no. [protected]. and I submitted the documents to Mr. Rahul Pathania at company's branch office at Bathinda on[protected]. He assured me that full value of premium paid will be credited at my bank account and he also given me his mobile number for any problem. After a week when I contacted him he replied me that policy can not be cancelled and he returned the documents to me. Sir I contacted with customer care of company phone no. [protected] but no satisfactory response is given to me. Further cheating is conducted with me by Bathinda branch officer Mr. Vishal . He called me in Bathinda Branch Office on[protected] for solving the issues regarding the above said policy. Mr Vishal told me about the features of policy and also convinced me for refund of commission earned by agent with in week and I signed the letter written by Mr Vishal for withdrawing my complaint.but now he has clearly refused for any refund of commission.
                                Sir I request you that the officers at bathinda branch are dishonest and cheaters. First of all Mr. Vaibhav Sharma told me that the above said policy is not invested in market. Then Mr. Rahul Pathania misguide me for free look cancellation of policy and now Mr. Vishal cheated me by saying that I will help you by refunding of commission from agent.
                                Sir Kindly consider my complaint by taking personal interest and take action against your defaulting officers and if possible kindly ring to me so that I can explain to you each and every fact of my grievance.

                                  The Product : Bajaj Allianz Family CareFirst policy # [protected] was incorrectly terminated.

                                  The premium of the policy has been paid well beforte the due date.

                                  What would have happened if in case of emergency (which didn't occur with God'ss grace) & Bajaj Allainz had rejected the claim?, for no fault of ours......

                                  Why shouldn't we go to the Consumer court for being cheated.......taking premium from us & terminating the policy & that too without any information/notice to us.

                                  Clearly, you are cheating us to make money.....wonder of many of such cases have gone un noticed.

                                    Ok, First off, this is the WORST insurance company ever. Our company provides general insurance from Bajaj Allianz and we have more than 400 employees. This is a warning to anyone traveling abroad with Bajaj Allianz Insurance. Their insurance is NOT accepted ANYWHERE outside India (Not sure if it is accepted in India either). They do not even have a guideline or set of instructions on how to use their useless insurance. All they provide is a freaking paper that says the validity/insurance #/policy #. Pretty damn useless. There is a toll free number for different countries but when I called them, they said they have nothing to do with Bajaj India. Please remember that when you go to a hospital abroad, they ask for a reputed Insurance company contact details. These people don't even tell you the local branch or office details in the foreign country to let the hospital know. Finally, I found out the local address and when I called them, they said I have to pay on my own and claim from India. I told them to go [censored] off. Why would I get an insurance and still pay for myself except the deductible? All said and done, I was done through the treatment and had huge bills in hand. When submitted, they did not get back to me for months. And probably never will. If you don't want to deal with these jerks, look into United India or some other reputed insurance company in your city.

                                      I had surrendered my two Life insurance policies of Bajaj Allianz (No- [protected] & [protected]) with all necessary documents on 10/11/10 and completed all remaining formalities on 11/11/10 at 1.50 pm at Bajaj Allianz local office from where I had purchased the policy about four years back (Prem Jyoti Net Marketing PVT LTD flat no-1, 42A/34B Clive road civil lines Allahabad- Bajaj Allianz license no[protected]

                                      I had requested (vide my application dated 10/11/10) to do the full and final payment of both the policies and transfer the entire amount in my Federal Bank Account No- [protected]

                                      I had also stressed to freeze my both policies on the same day i.e. on 11/11/10 but on 18/11/10, I have got the telephone call from Ms. Priyanka from your second office at Allahabad (phone no[protected] that the IFSC code is not being confirmed by Bank (Federal Bank Allahabad Branch)

                                      After this I asked her to clarify “why this has not being asked earlier? and then in spite of my request not to sell my units they have sold my units on 19/11/10 with NAV of 17.156.

                                      Due to negligence of your office staff at Allahabad I suffered a total loss of about Rs. 10,672 (NAV o[censored]nits was 17.7212-on the day of surrender of policy i.e. on11/11/10 and it was 17.1561 (the day of selling o[censored]nits)

                                      This all shows lack of responsibility by office staff of Bajaj Allianz at Allahabad (U.P.) and more over these people are tarnishing the image / credentials of this famous and reputed company.

                                      I finally request you to compensate my losses which occurred because of ignorance of your office staff, other wise I will be forced to take the help of legal authorities of the districts
