my husband was an employee of bajajalliancelife insurance company from2005 feb to2007feb .his employee code is 74621 and opus code is [protected].he was asm in pattambi branch.he got his gratuvity in2007. but his pf is not given. he expired on 15/7/2009. so please kindly take the necessary steps to allot me the same.

in case if PF has not been given to you, you can claim just approach with the employer to get the claim form attested if he did not cooperate you may approach the local EPFO office to take settlement of the same.
You have got the PF account number & with RTI help you can do it yourself.

    Non responsive.Claim settlement is nightmare. 5 months still issue persist.

    I had met with an accident on 21 Oct 2010 where my car sustained major levels of damage.

    The Car insurance is with "Honda Assure -Bajaj Allianz Insurance" and the Policy Number: HBA/00000861

    As per the Policy, the Car's IDV value is Priced at Rs. 9,06,300
    Which leads to the Total Loss cut off cost (75% of cost) of : Rs. 6,79,725

    The issues and sequence of events that I had faced that has led me to write this mail to you are listed below:

    1) An Estimate of 7,10,885 Rupees was shared by Pearl Honda dealer with Honda Assure -Bajaj Allianz Insurance as the initial estimate for cost of repair.

    2) Honda Assure -Bajaj Allianz Insurance had appointed a surveyor - Mr Kishor. The Surveyor and Allianz contact person had denied the claim for Total Loss case and the dealer estimated amount that was presented to them by Pearl Honda. Mr. Kishore (Surveyor) presented a revised estimate of around 3.50,000 as the cost of repair and this was presented for insurance approval. The request for total loss was denied by surveyor and Allianz insurance contact person via phone.

    3) My share for repairs (against depreciation charges) was communicated as 1.25 lacs and upto 1.50 lacs.
    4) After discussing the case with Bajaj Allianz Insurance and getting assurance from workshop point of contact and getting assurance from both of them that the numbers are correct and repairing the vehicle is best way to proceed, I had given a go ahead for the car repair in November 2010( please note that it has already been a month from the time the car was submitted to reach this point).

    5) 5 months later and numerous phone calls and emails later, I still do not get any updates from either the dealers nor the insurance company on the progress of work. After a lot of stressful phone calls I am informed that the amount to be paid by me has now increased to nearly 2 lakhs and the repairs of the car are still not completed and issues still persist and Pearl honda had called in engineers from Honda india to help in resolving the issues.

    6) With all the work done, the amount to be paid by insurance has also increased considerably by this time.
    7) After numerous attempts at trying to resolve the outstanding issues, Pearl Honda and Honda india came to the conclusion that the Transmission unit (Item cost of about Rs. 3,91,000) needs to be replaced and this had been communicated to Bajaj Allianz.

    8) Current status: Received a reply from Bajaj Allianz (please see the email chain below). They have questioned assembly of gear box and the decision and workmanship of Honda in this matter.

    After adding suggested transmission unit, the cost of repair is going to come to -- 8,75,000 which is very close to the car's IDV value. At this point, Honda's stance is that the transmission unit needs to be replaced in order to fix the car and Bajaj allianz is taking the stance that it is unnecessary and this replacement came into being only because of the incompetence of the dealer engineers.

    During this entire 5 months (and now close to 6), I have not been getting any proper information out of the people involved. No regular communication or advice. During my busy day at work, I am forced to make several phone calls in a day and send out numerous emails asking for updates. Despite all this effort, I am disappointed to say that the response has been close to negligible. Further more I have to make calls to both sides and coordinate between the dealer and the insurance agency. Clearly this is not something I believe is the responsibility of car owner here. These should be done between the dealer and the insurance agent as part of their work process.

    I am even more infuriated by the lack of customer centric service being provided here. The agency is very proactive and helpful when it comes to renewing the policy and in situations where the money is to be paid by me towards them but, when put into a situation, what I am seeing is a very cold approach in servicing their customers.

    This is the general way of all insurance companies ask them the ground of denial refer the terms & conditions of policy. If a breach is committed make use of Insurance Ombudsman.

        On cancellation of policy number: [protected], I was sent an acknowledgement from Bajaj Alliance that the refund amount would be Rs. 28669.07, but when the amount was finally settled to my account, it was only 24837 Rs. On complaining about the difference in settlement amount, I am told that due to temporary system error the amount given in the letter was more than the actual.

        The cancellation was done on 5th Feb 2011. I have raised several complaints after this, and the only reply I get is about the system error. As a customer I believe the acknowledgement letter to be the final, and expect the same amount to be given to me.

        This is with reference to your complaint regarding surrender value for the policy number: [protected]. We would like to inform you that you have opted for “capital unit gain size one “is to meet investment.the surrender value of the policy will be equal to the value of the units calculated in the same manner as if the units are to be cancelled. The policy shall thereafter terminate upon payment of the full surrender value by the company. The policy will acquire a surrender value after payment of 3 full year’s regular premiums.as per confirmation from you, you have paid the total 3 premiums in the policy; however due to some technical error surrender quotation which was given to you was incorrect. However, the amount which is being to payable to you is correct as per policy terms and conditions.           Dear Sir,

          This is to bring to your kind attention that the writer had taken an insurance thru Kun Hyundai from Bajaj Alliance for my Car TN20 AE 7420. When car met with an accident and I had approached the service centre for Insurance claim, I did not get a proper response on my claims and my claims were not accepted stating that the policy does not cover it. The Service Guy was telling me that I had to speak to the Insurance contact Mr. Nandakumar of Kun Hyundai. When contacted Mr. NandaKumar, I was given a Contact of Mr.Hamid of Bajaj Alliance who at a wild tone said that I cannot call him and have to call the service centre. When asked about the complaint handling desk for both Kun and bajaj Alliance, I has no response and it went for more than a week and finally I had to tell the service centre that I will pay for the full charge and take delivery of my vehicle.
          I am not clear on what is the dealing between Kun Hyundai and Bajaj Alliance to recomend and take a insurance and then say that this is not covered or that is not covered and make the repairs at an expensive charges. Why is Neither Kun Hyndai or Bajaj alliance contact able to give the complaints desk contact or email.
          The Writer will be taking the case up with consumer forum for justice and would like to place a record for other are not being cheated and harrassed by such a Manner.

            I, Shri Prasanta Kumar Baruah, an employee o[censored]nited Bank of India, Amguri Branch,Sibsagar (Assam), was approached by Mr Amit Ranjan Sen, Relationship Manager of Bajaj Alianz LIC attached to our Branch for a term Insurance against my staff car loan amt of Rs.2,58,700.00.An amount of Rs. 7923.00 was debited from my loan account as single premium for 7 yrs policy term with an assurance to deliver the policy within 2 days from the date of transaction. The assurance has turned out to be false. The said Relationship Manager has been missing since that day without giving me any receipt thereof or even without giving his contact no. Since the policy was additionally financed by the Bank, I am to furnish the policy and the authority is forcing me hard for the same. Similar fate has occurred to other 7 customers who took loan from our bank as Mr Sen had debited a sum of Rs. 27360.00 collectively from their loan accounts. The total amount collected from our Bank was Rs. 35,283.00 vide transaction no. M220486 dated 03/04/2010.
            I request you to look into the matter seriously and Issue the policies at the earliest which will save the image and goodwill of your organization.

              It is to intimate that I am working as Insurance Consultant with Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Co. Limited since February, 2007 and my IC code bearing no. [protected] is active till todate. Further, it is to intimate that during the month of December, 2010, Branch Manager, Ambala as well as my Sales Manager Mr. Kuldeep of Ambala branch (Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Co. Ltd.) that incentive amounting to Rs. 14550/- has been sanctioned in my name by the Head Office of Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Co. Ltd. They further informed that before disbursement of the incentive amount, it is essential that I will deposit one case of insurance not below the amount of Rs. 10000/-. On their request, I deposited one case amounting to Rs. 12000/- (Yearly installment) with the company during December, 2010. Thereafter inspite of repeated requests telephonically as well as personally, incentive amount has not been disbursed to me till to date.

              You are therefore requested to kindly help me and necessary directions may kindly be got issued to concerned office to disburse the amount of incentive to the tune of Rs. 14550/- immediately, as same has already been over delay. At the time of starting the policy, it was told by your representative Mr Rajesh s/o Pandurangappa, Bajaj Allianz agent BellaryBranch that it is one time investment, but now dialy I am receving the PREMIUM RENEWAL letter asking me to pay the next premium amount of Rs 50, 000. But with this kind of breach of trust and false promises I've lost faith in the company. Kindly tell me whether and when I can withdraw the money, and what will the amount that I already invest in the fund. Kindly advise,

                i think company should think to give the minimum principal amount to the century plus customer's and it is sure that company will get a huge loss but customer's faith towards company will rise. first of all customer's will think why the company had launched this type of controversial product. so i request the higher authority to think something for your customers. As an educated citizen of customers i can say that agent not cheated to customers rather they are trained by the higher authorities. so there is nothing to argue, company's higher authority should think about this case.
                I have made a Bajaj Allianz Century plus Life insurance policy in March 2008 by investing Rs 25000 yearly basis premium in Asset Allocation Fund. At the month of March 2009 when I inquire the Fund value, it shows 21 thousands something. Then I invested again Rs 25000 in 2009 and 25000 in 2010, so all total I have invested exactly Rs 75000.

                The NAV value was Rs10 when I invested the money in March 2008 and after three years in March 2011 the NAV value became Rs13 although my Fund value is Rs 71 Thousands agains my investment Rs 75 thousands. When I inquire the Customer care, they are telling lot of Mortality Charges and Policy Admin Charges are deducted. When I asked them why such charges is big, they are telling since they are giving Rs One Lac 25 Thousands Life Coverage. How funny to give life coverage of 1 lac 25 thousands the Bajaj Allianz company deduct aprox 10, 500/= in three years agains my investment 75 thousands.

                This Inurance company is continuously cheating the customer by providing controversial product called "CENTURY PLUS". I am surprise how IRDA authorise such organization to provide insurance to the citizens of India.

                I had invested Rs.50, 000 in Policy No.[protected] on 18 June 2008. Your representative said that it is my wish to continue or keep as one time investment. Now I am getting frequent revival quotations. When contactated your office in Kota (Rajasthan) one Mr. Thakurmal ( Mobile No.[protected] ) says that 50, 000 already invested stands to Rs.32, 000/- and refuses to guide for withdrawl. Your company is becoming unpopular and this is against Business ethics. We will be forced to persue the case legally if necessary assistance as Customers is not looked into.

                Bajaj Allianz in their in house training made it clear that the Century Plus Scheme is a Single Premium Scheme (i have the print out of their presentation). Many investors were cheated by the company in telling to sell the scheme as a single premium whereas, in reality, it is an annual premium policy. Since i am doing a PhD research in household investment behaviour, i befriended many investment agents and got inside information from them. My friend's mother invested Rs.3, 00, 000 of her money in this scheme and was a victim of this SCAM offered by the downright lowlife bloodsucking managers of BAJAJ ALLIANZ. I had approached the company's branch office in our city and submitted a letter which, even after 12 months, i had not received any reply of any sort. It is a very clear case of MISELLING and i will never invest any paise of my money in BAJAJ ALLIANZ. I am right now in the process of writing an OPEN LETTER to the Branch Manager of the so called BAJAJ ALLIANZ LIFE INSURANCE CO. LTD. They should, at least, make a public apology (which will make matter worse if they accepts of MISELLING the policy for which they can be penalised by IRDA) but which they will never have the courage to make.

                I too invented Rs 25000 in CENTURY PLUS on 2007 and as promised to all my agent too told me that it is a one time premium. And now it shows, the policy is lapsed and requires Rs.50, 000 for revival. The current market value of the policy has come down to Rs. 17, 000. Please let me know if there is any way, at least I can get back my invested amount. Though I was thinking of revival but now seeing the reviews I am really in a dilemma weather to go for more investment or not. Has anyone got the assured sum after the maturity of the policy?

                My Mother had invested Rs.50000 as a premium amount in 2008.Without any intimation they started deducting amount at the name of (Mortality charge regular+Policy Admin Charge Regular +Service Tax Charge Regular = Rs 600 ) per month continuously till current month October 2012.Now the sum assured amount has been reached upto 36000. I don't know what kind of Investment policy is this Century Plus.
                I would like to suggest all the new customers and existing customers not to continue with this policy .This is totally fake.

                I'm also victim of the misleading propaganda of bajaj allianz. It seems that this is a systematically planned policy of this company to dupe the innocent investors. The quantum of this systematic fraud seems to be very big and all the defrauded investors must come together to fight against this fraudulent scheme. I also was approaced by one bajaj allianz agent who was known to me and convinced that 'century plus is a one time investment plan whereas it turned out to be an annual premium policy. This I only came to know on the receipt of policy papers. It was useless to talk to local branch people as they just came out with a standard answer that 'this is beyond our control'. When I wanted my Rs one lacs (two policies of 50000/- each) which I was made to invest by misleading means of the company representatives. The branch officials requested me to wait till the completion of 05 years by which time the amount would increase substantially but when I checked my account today the value of my money is 28152/- only. Now I realize that the number of people defrauded by this company is quite big than what I had thought. It is high time that we the duped investors need to come together to fight against this fraudulent company and convince general public not to get trapped by this fraud company. May be such defrauded/cheated investors have made some forum to claim their hard earned money.                 I am also is a victim of this company. In 2008 i have invested Rs 50, 000
                During that time i was informed that I am entitled for insurance coverage and return of investment after 3 years at the NAV. Subsequently I was sent an information that due to non payment of subsequent premium insurance coverage is withdrawn. After 3 years when I wanted to withdraw the investment I was informed that I have to wait for 5 years as I have not paid next 2 premiums. In 2013 I was returned Rs 39000 and as per the letter issued by them the NAV is Rs 14.7411 against an investment value of Rs 10.3960.

                However an amount of Rs 24266.65 was deducted as " Charges" . When I requested for the details of the Charges I was offered Rs 11000 by one person and Rs 23000 by other person (later reverted to 11000). to withdraw the complaint. Complaint number 39795061 dated 20.03.13 and 40000173 dated 27.03.13.

                When I insisted for the explanation they are hiding with some lame excuse. It is really a woder how these people are able to manage IRDA and run the business. The most pathetic is these people are enlisted for operating pension schemes.

                During that time i was informed that I am entitled for insurance coverage and return of investment after 3 years at the NAV by your employee Mr. Murugesan. Payment of subsequent premium is optional if insurance cover is required. Subsequently after ONE year I was sent an information that due to non payment of subsequent premium insurance coverage is withdrawn by letters. After 3 years when I wanted to withdraw the investment I was informed by your local office that I have to wait for 5 years as I have not paid next 2 premiums. In 2013 I was trying to contact Mr. Murugesan and could talk to him after about a month as he was very busy in meetings!. Meanwhile i was returned Rs 39000 and as per the letter issued by you the NAV is Rs 14.7411 against an investment value of Rs 10.3960.

                However an amount of Rs 24266.65 was deducted as " Charges" . When I requested for the details of the Charges I was offered around Rs 11000 by Sheetal yadav and Rs 23000 by Mohanlal Mistry(later reverted to 11000). to withdraw the complaint. Complaint number 39795061 dated 20.03.13 and 40000173 dated 27.03.13.

                When I insisted for the explanation and statement of accountsthey are hiding with some lame excuse. It is really a woder how these people are able to manage IRDA and run the business. The most pathetic information is you are enlisted for operating pension schemes for public sector employees. As I have informed in my last mail dated 16.04.13 I have to take up with suitable legal action

                  Dear Sir,

                  I wish to bring this complaint of mine to everyone's knowledge. Bajaj Allianz is the worst insurer and they have the worst management and customer care, who are least interested in resolving customer complaints.

                  I had bought about 5 policies from Bajaj Allianz in 2008. One of them lapsed due to non payment of premium the second year only. I revived the policy during their special revival campaign and paid the next two years premium to revive the policy. Now after almost a year since premiums were fully paid and receipts received , that is, three years of policy have completed and I get communication from Bajaj Allianz that the policy is lapsed and I need to submit various documents to get it revived and if I don't revive, the money will lapse and I'll get no refund. These people really think that our money is made out of junk, which doesn't have any value. I request you to kindly look into the matter and suggest me as to what can be done in this regard.

                      I am Nagarajan and a brand loyal customer of Hyundai of all times. I have a Santro Xing Vehicle - TN20 AE 7420 for which I have been regularly taking Insurance thru KUN Hyundai in the past and the same was done this year also in Feb 2011. My Vehicle met with an accident on the 18th Feb 2011 and I have given my vehicle for repair and Insurance claim.

                      The handling of the communication and customer care was very shabby and pathetic till date from 21st Feb 2011 till date. I have not got any clean response from neither the service rep , not the Insurance contact of Kun Mr. Nandakumar or the Bajaj Alliance contact Mr. Hamid. The Service rep said that I have to speak to the other 2 for any querries. Mr. Nandakumar and Mr.Hamid all were saying the same that I have to contact the other for any querries as they have already advise the other. None of them were aware of what has to be done.

                      Mr. Hamid advised that he will come back on a querry and was also Rude on stating why are you calling me when I called back and shouted that You have to call Kun Hyundai.

                      Mr. Nandakumar not picking the phone are calling back advised that it is between you and Bajaj and we are not involved and you have to speak to Bajaj.

                      Sorry to keep you informed that this was the most pathetic coordination and communication with customer I have ever seen. My Car is still in Kun Hyundai for the past 10plus days. I have today morning met the service manager of Kun service centre regarding the above and awaiting his response.

                      Your observation is right. I have also faced with same problem in Kun Hundai. The customer service is the worst I have ever seen in any place.

                        They are FRAUDS and in association with Citibank they are selling their policies. They give high commissions to Citibank officials to sell the policies by any means - Hook or Crook!!

                              My name is Dipesh Mistry. I have taken the Bajaj Allianz - Capital Unit Gain having policy # [protected] four years back in 2007.I had premium amount of Rs.20000/- per annum.Current fund value is around Rs.66,000/-.At the time of taking the policy the Bajaj Allianz people told me tht there would be 3 years lock-in period and after which I could withdraw my money back.After four years also the ULIP is not performing well. MOrever there is no way to track the Capital Unit Gain policy as there are no details given on the Website of Bajajallianz. Now when i m trying to withdraw my money these people are saying that I will be charge 55% o[censored]nits which would be around Rs10000/- . That means BajajAllianz is cheating people for this ULIP by misleading them.
                              I request IRDA to please help me in this and get my money back without any loss.

                                That policy I have taken through their agent (Ram nath mourya, mob-[protected]) &manager(Mr. subhash,mob-[protected]).they have physically visited my sister’s home in the presence of me and filled the proposal form ensuring that single premium policy is being given.[I have also an evidence in support of this assurance as mobile voice recording .
                                But they have given regular premium policy that matter was discovered when after three year completed I approached the office with my Sister’s husband ( JIJA G ) and asked my matured amount. I have been denied of any amount due to foreclosed policy. I have complained branch manager about miss selling with proof bur they are not co-operating me.
                                I am helpless and not getting to do anything. please direct me. It is the matter of customer grievance.I have mailed head office yesterday and today but no response yet.

                                      I have taken policy in Bajaj allianze ( Policy number [protected] and [protected]) and surrended it on 18th Jan 2011. Still I have not received the amount. I called Bajaj Allianze Jayanagar branch and not got any proper update or responsible answer for not getting money. They are telling they sent the cheque through over night courier on 4th Feb 2011 and given the contact number and the consinment number[protected]. I called all over night courier numbers but not able to trace where my cheque is laying and when I will receive that. As it is a local courier delivery (Bangalore Jayanagar to Bommanahalli) it should come on the same day. Please help me in this regards. My contact details are :
