Bank Of Baroda — bad services,improper behaviour

Sir i have applied for a new a/c on 19/08/2011 and till know they didnt open my a/c
and when i asked them they didnt talk properly and there is also a shortage of staff,
they provide improper service i am totally disoppointed with them so plz sir procees the matter as soon as possible..

SIR,
ITS REALLY VERY AWFULL TO INFORM U THAT THE BEHAVIOUR OF THE EMPLOYEE(SPECIFIC) WAS JUST DISGUSTING.
I WENT TO THE BANKTO DEPOSIT THE MONEY FOR THE CREDIT CARD. THE CLOSING TIME WAS 12.30 & I WAS IN QUE SINCE 12.20, BUT THE GENTLEMAN THERE IN SIMPLY PLACED A REGISTER AND CLOSED THE WINDOW THE TIME JUST BIENG 12.25..ABOVE THAT WHEN I ASKED HIM FOR AN EXPAINATTION HE REPLIED VERY RUDELY AND ARROGANTLY.
WE EXPECT TO HAVE AN ATTITUDE OF A PROFESSIONAL, BUT THEY SIMPLY BEHAVE LIKE ROADSIDE THELAWALAS.
Subject - Complaint for not receiving ATM card & rude behavior of bank officials

Dear Sir,
I am Chandra mohan mishra R/O 75, swaraj nagar, C block, panki, kanpur U.P. I have opened a saving Account (No. [protected]) in BOB, Gumti No.5, kanpur (Branch) on 31st of april 2010. I received my bank passbook on 10th of may 2010 and apply for Bank ATM card on the same day, but bank branch did not give me ATM card till now (28 July 2010). I have asked for this many times to the related officer & branch manager, but they could not satisfy me with their unproper answer & rude behaviour. on 25th june related officer said to me that your card is made with some errors, so i can't give it to you. Every time when i asked for the ATM card, they always said to come in next week.Because o[censored]navailability of ATM card i could not use my account with any money transections. Right now i want to cloase my account in BOB. I am sending request for solving this problem as soon possible.
I am waiting for your positive response & my ATM card.
