Dear Sir,

I, Geeta Rani, having account in Bank of Baroda and Account no- [protected] withdrawal an amount of Rs20, 000 in two transactions i.e. Rs10, 000 in 1st transaction and Rs10, 000 in 2nd transaction. Both of the transactions were done from SBI ATM located at Fountain Chownk and you will know that two ATM machines are there at a same place. 1st transaction for Rs10, 000 was done at 12:06 and I got money for this transaction done. According to me 2nd transaction done at 12:08 from the ATM machine having ATM ID S10B[protected] and this is printed in the slip that “SORRY UNABLE TO PROCESS” and there is no transaction number given in the slip that I have. Then how it can be possible that I got the particular amount?
But, According to the records given by the bank, I withdrawal the same amount of Rs10, 000 at the same time i.e. 12:08 from the ATM having ATM ID S10B[protected] but I don’t have any slip regarding this infact no slip like this came out of machine at that time. Now, how it can be possible that the same transaction at the same time with the same ATM card done at two different ATM machines having two different ATM IDs? According to the bank authorities I got the amount of Rs10, 000 for 2nd transaction done but I don’t which is not a small amount. It can happen that due to machine defaults money didn’t came out of the machine due to machine problems. I was waiting there for 15- 20 minutes but money didn’t came out of the machine then how could you so sure that I got the money, I didn’t. Infact a number of people came over there one after another to use the machine even they also were unable to receive cash and get back and I left the ATM cabin when nobody was there. Kindly look into this matter again and take appropriate actions because I didn’t received money. I will be very thankful to you for this.
