HEllo, My self Avani Patel.Having saving account in BOB.having account in BOB since last 2 year.had applied for net banking in bank.some how bank process is very slow its take 10 months to creat one bank account.and in activation of that account also having some problem.now i m requesting form bottom level(Branch Manager) of company's higher level(cm, bob customer service manager, abad branch manager) person to help me solve my problem and give net banking.but very unhappy they way got reply from all of them.no one cares wht happen to their customer.even whn complain thm bitterly they replyied why u open account in BOB.close it.its very rediculas Example of treating Customer in BOB. yesterday When i prees My total Ammount & press ok .& Last time the power was gone. After Some time i check my ministatement i saw my 300 Rs. is minus but real think is that i don't have any money.How can i meet my 300 rs?

Respected Sir,

I have my seving account in Bank Of Baroda, Branch-Tilakwada, District-Vadodara(Gujarat).
Problem :- The printer for updating(Pass Book daily entry and other work) is not working for last 15 days as per information of Bank Manager and the emloyees of Bank does neither printing nor providing manual entries to the Pass Book saying that the We have lot of work and If You want manual entry then submit your Pass Book for 2 to 3 days.

So, You are kindly requested for same.

my ac no [protected].i have get baroda connect.today 9.10.11, i give wrong birth place and year of copleted school education 5 time.because i forget it.so my ac is locked. please unlock the same.how do i know the answer?
