[Resolved]  Bank Of Baroda — Public Relation Service

I have experienced worst service by bank of baroda gamdevi branch. The Bank staff is not interested in customers requirment. A customer has to wait too long for any service. There are not proper counters & work distribution in the branch. no one bother about what the customer really wants.Once I approch the bank for applying for new cheque book of my old age uncle I was instructed to go towards Government Recovery I reach there & ask the related officer about the requirement he told me that Uncle should come himself for the cheque book then I came to home after some days I reach the bank with my uncle I approch to the same officer then he said that dont come to me for cheque book go to another counter these are all irritating things

Dear Mr. Branch Manager

It is intimated that My Father Mr. Shiv Kumar Dhure has old Saving account in your esteemed, in Dostpur, Bank of Baroda, Branch. His account No. is [protected].

I have deposited Rs. 4000/- into above account from New Delhi, on 28.01.09 RS. 1000/- and on 30.01.09 Rs. 3000/-.Now my Father his age is about 63 years old daily visiting your branch for withdrawing of his money but your staff said that your account was old and suppossed to submit your necessary doc i.e Ration Card copy, Voter ID card etc. then you will get New Passbook. They had submitted all these documents and get new computerised Bank Account No. and Passbook from Branch.

Now from last two days he is still not able to withdraw his money, Now bank is asking about re- deposit of new photograph with sum forms given by your branch. My father is sitting in your branch door from 09 am to 03 pm but your staff did not have any time to assist him to get related papers from him so that he will able to withdraw him money.

You are requested to please pay your personal attention and ask your team to assist my father on priority basis and pay his money asap.

My self Shiad Muhammad (Customer id[protected]Holding a saving account (Account No.[protected])in your bank opened at 7th oct 2005 in your Kanjirapally Brach.I started my account with Rs500 ..After some months when i gone to your bank to deposit some amount i found that the money was decresed to Rs 385.when i equired about that they had told me that, as per bank rules if the deposit is below Rs 1000, the coustomer have to pay some charge to keep that acoount alive.So they asked me to deposit some money to so that amount will reach above or at RS1000.So i payed remaining money so that amount was RS 1036.They assure that there will not be any reduction now onwards .But today, 9th April 2009 when i went to bank to deposit RS 12000 .Again i found money was deducted to RS 720.Whn i asked about this, They treat me very badly .and i asked me to close my account if i feel.when i started my accont with Rs 500, they didnt even told me that i have to keep my account above RS 1000They are very irrespossible and indescent people.They told me that, they are not going to lose anything if coustomer like me closing accounts and people like me is burden to the bank.its so insulting for me.They forced me to close my account and so i closed my account on 9th April 2009 .National bank is for the people of the country not for only a section of poeple .its ordinary people more intract with your banks.So i kndly request you to take necesary actions as soon as possible.i dont think any bank have any rule like u people have .if the balance is below Rs 1000 no bank is charging for it .All banks give interest to the people for me i lose more than Rs 600 since i started an acoount in your bank

Dear sir,
I have Dropped my two cheque in Nehru Palace New Delhi Branch at dated[protected]. @ sum of ruppes.12000/- and 2000/- which of one of rs.2000/- was cleared and My second cheque @ 12000/- was not cleared.when i enquiry it with bank manager he said that your cheque has been resend for clearing at dated[protected].at Canara Bank. but at the dated[protected] my cheque is not clear and not a satisfactactory answer by bank. so solve my proble. for further naccessory action please.
