i can open my account at dated 05-10-08 at halol branch at that time they can not issue my atm card and check book. ask me what to do. and give me right way to processing. do the need full.

I had apply for ATM card on 19th Oct.They told me that u will got your ATM card within 20 days. After 20 days when i go to the branch they told It will in process it takes 1month.After One Month they told me that your card is not issuied yet. I had inquire about this toBOB customer care.The copy of mail also attach with this.I am facing a big trouble for this problem
I reqest you to please do something in this matter.
