With reference of Bank of Baroda Toll Free No.[protected], whenever calling, they response that "please call to your concerning Branch for balance confirmation in SB account, but when calling to branch No.[protected], they response very brutally and always tells to call after half an hour / hour. Again & again the response is same after hour to hour.
The Bank of Baroda customer service and Ad. slogan do not match each other.
I had also applied for Net-Banking before 8 month but all things shows bank of Baroda`s staff and bank are INTERNATIONAL Banker.
Should I continue with this International Bank or to move any Indian cultural bank? Was this information helpful? |
