My BOB A/c No. is [protected]
My net banking User ID has been disabled by BOB because I could not register my mobile number as a part of their fraud management security system.
For past one month I have been writing emails to the Branch Manager, customer care, IT, and Baroda Connect Operation team. They are forwarding my mail to each other without going through the nature of the problem. I feel like the officials at BOB don't care for customers.
