[Resolved]  Bank Of Baroda — net banking login unsuccessful message

I have SBA a/c with Bank of baroda preet vihar branch, we open company account in month of july 2012, we have problem while login to bobibanking message is coming "login unsuccessfull" while checking with bob call center they said our ip address is in negative list, now bob is saying contact your service provider "tata communications" and service provider claims contact your bank, may be other users should also have similar issue,
