    Yesterday, May 11, I had been to Bank of India, Dadar(west) branch. A senior citizen more than 80 years of age was asked to get xerox copy of the document. The document had been verified by the bank officials earlier. it is a shame that nationalised banks do not have a xerox machine and want the consumers to go our in the sweltering heat to photocopy any documents. why do the banks charge services then? secondly the bank had delayed the payment due to this senior citizen due in february. who is responsible? the person in question asked the abnk official ' is the abnk gong to give me the interest on the delayed period. for which the official had no answer. in other words the teaffic is one way. customer has always to bear the brunt no matter whose mistake it is.

      my a/c no is sb-17232 banka of india, branch lanja, dist ratnagira, maharashtra. i withdrawal 1000 rs. from ATM centre o[censored]nion bank of india (matunga road mumbai) on 07/04/2007. the tranction no is 3765. this tranction is twisly recorded in my pass book. so 1000 rs. is extra didcuted from my a/c. i have submited my complaint on 21/07/2007 in bank of india lanja branch. they didn't take any action aginst this.

        I have deposited Rs. 2000.00 in my account no [protected] through the bank of india ATM located at Mukhrjee Nagar on[protected], unfortunitally there was not any slip available in the ATM so i did not get any slip of that transaction. Now till date i did not get my money in my account. I contacted several times they send me at Janakpui branch and finally the conclusion was that they would not got any packet from that ATM on the date[protected].Then I asked for my transaction details of that days they refused to provide me that and told we have lakhs of customer we can not provide that to every one. And they are now, suggesting that i should forget about that and going forward i should not deposit money through the ATM.Please suggest me what to do now Should i do as they are suggesting .i.e. forget about my money . I am feeling cheated and i need justice from your side .

        My point is if they can not provide transaction detail without the slip of transaction provided by ATM then ATM Should not perform any transaction iff it do not contains Slip. Is not it???

        Yeah dude know that even i tried to deposit from corporation bank atm at bangalore and when i selected the deposit option it stopped working i don't know why and next day i went to bank and they gave me my atm card back and said never deposit through the atm my question is if its not possible to deposit through atm then why there is a option for cash deposit?

          The Undersigned deposited two chq's amt. Rs 129000/ & Rs.91140 on 20-4-09 in bank of india sector-8 rohini, delhi they were presented on[protected] & credit of these chq's has not been given to me till 26-04-09. This is current A/c of the firm & our two chq's have been dishonour due to the reason insufficient fund. This is a mistake on the part of the bank for which we are facing the mental harrasment.
          In this regard when we enquired from Mr. Arora Sr. officer of the bank he asked us if you are not satisfied with the services of the bank it will be better for you to close your A/c.
          Please help me & give your valuable suggestion at the earliest.

            Sir, According to My Pension (PPO No. 38171 dated 5.3.2009) was supposed to start from January 2009, but until now it has not been reached to BOI - B.S. City Branch. I repeatedly remind to the person concerned at Firayalal Chowk Branch, Ranchi, but no action has been taken place so far.

            Please consider my case favourably.

              Hi,



              My father transferred Rs 27000 via NEFT through Bank of India(Chittaranjan).
              Transaction IDs are S126920 AND S176932.
              BoI provided two Transaction ID but it seems only one is valid.
              Can you please check and update me the status.Fund was transferred on Monday 12th Jan 2009.
              Twice they have transferred the money but this time it is very late.Till now money is not been transferred.
              I sent an e-mail to RBI .Lets see whats the resolution.

                I open saving bank account as on 26/7/08 but yet i would not receive my atm pin number.though i receive ATM card.please send it within mininum days as i want to use my atm card.

                transaction of online recharge not sucessful

                I have gone for online recharge of mobile no -[protected] through bank of india VISA credit card but recharge not done and i got a messege over mobile a transaction of rs-150 done through your card

                  Respected Sir/Mam,

                  I Milind Parab account holder in your bank (BANK of India) branch Bhayandar viz account number [protected] debit cum ATM card no.[protected] .

                  My account was wrongly debited by Rs. 6, 298/- on 1st March, 2008 by the name of Croma. I was used my debit card for Rs. 1298 & not for Rs. 6298. I have already submitted written complaint 3 times in your Bhayandar branch. I also submitted bank statement given by Croma people for your verification. But till date no action has been taken. I have submitted my contact number & other details with the letter. Please take immediate action from your side.

                    SIR/MADAM, i had purchased the auctioned property of m/s VIJAYLAXMI STEELS CORP.&OTHERS on 25/02/05 a piece of land measured-36 decimals+ from BANK OF INDIA(civil township branch) through DEBTS RECOVERY TRIBUNAL, CUTTACK few years back by paying an amount of more then INR 12, 63, 000/- but yet not they were handover me the proper document nor the plot as on date.due to this i had to left out my home from more then three year(my family life not only destroyed but completely finished..i had break up with my wife, i used to live alone as well as when all my family members were alive and in a wel condition..simply i am helpless... Iam in a search of light for a peaceful life, ((now i am residing at new delhi quit away from my near and dear))simply i am being harrashed, , is there someone to help me. my contact no. is -[protected], , , waiting for your kind reply

                      A cheque No.720163, dtd.11.09.06 of Rs.16, 632/ was issued by Regional PF Commissioner, Rourkela in favour of Smt. Taramani Topno, W/o. Late Nirmal Topno towards widow pension for the period from Jan., 04 to Dec., 04 to Bank of India, Rourkela Main Branch, Rourkela, Orissa. The same should be credited to her Savings Bank account in Bank of India, Barbil Branch, Barbil, Keonjhar, Orissa, SB A/c No.6622. But till date the same has been pending with Rourkela Main Branch. Therefore I pray before the hon'ble authority for take necessary steps against the Bank for credit the above amount with due interest (i.e. the period from which pending with him) to my Barbil SB Account.                         .My wife holds a savings account in Bank of India, Kaushambi branch, Ghaziabad. On 08/05/08, I used the ATM card of my wife to withdraw Rs 5000/- from ATM machine of Allahabad Bank, navyug market, ghaziabad.the money was not dispensed. I immediately again tried for Rs 5000/- but again no money was dispensed. To our utter suprise, this money ( Rs 10, 000/-)was debited from my wife's BOI account. We have submitted all details to BOI but to no avail. I even contated Allahabad Bank but the bank says it cant do any thing in this matter . Kinldy help.

I had my account with sitabuldi branch of your bank which i opened nearly about 4th May and applied for ATM next Day but till know when inquire about my Card from bank officals they just say that it will come now it is over if there is any please tell me I Will resubmmit my application but I need the card as earlier as possible.

                            I have been holding bank of India credit card since 1994, paying regularly, never ever carroed forward any Blanace or default in my account & never faced any major Problem till recently when i recieved my statement dtd 15th March 2008 with Credit reversal of Rs.Rs.8108.26 dtd 13.01.2006 & Rs.15393.24 dtd 18.04.2006.Immidiately i spoke to the Dept offocial & requested for detailed account ststement stsrting 6 months before the referred 1st reversal till date, followed by which I had sent a written complaint.There was no response from their end followed by the stsement of 15th April which had carried forward the above amount alongwith Service charge of Rs.14586.50 + Rs.1750.38 ( 12% Service Tax) + Rs.52.51 ( towards education Cess).I did send them another reminder dtd.26.4.2008
                            to which they have not yet responded, no ststement for month of May 2008 & in June I recieved another Letter & statement dtd.15th June 2008 with additional Charges of around RS.1200/- which was recieved on 28June 2008, with a letter threatening to report it to CIBIL incase we do not pay up within 15days .

                            Now I want to know how do i resolve this issue, by the inaction at the bankers end & fault at their end how can our credibility be at stake?

                              Dear Sir/Mam
                              I m using airtel prepaid since last 6 months.Previously I was posted at Uttaranchal and there was no problem with ur connectivity.Now I m shifted to Maharashtra and using ur connection for last 3 months and feels about the bad connectivity specially in my office.I m not getting any signal on my office premises which is located at Belapur(Navi mumbai).
                              I called 121 and requested them to forward my complaint to their higher authorities and they assured me for the same.
                              But surprisingly i m not getting any response from them.
                              One more thing i wanted to tell u that the connectivity of vodafone is perfectly all right here in our office, so the people who r having vodafone connection have no problem.
                              so it is my request to u that plz do something positive regarding this matter otherwise I have to convert my connection to vodafone.

                              Recently after getting my transaction password i start browsing BOI star token through Airtel Internet modem which i found very very irritating and not even getting connected due to some or other reason. Very Very Bad experience.

                                hello sir

                                I have Bank of india debit card it got damaged so I applied for a new card, after 2 months I went to bank of india Belapur gaon branch then I got my card but when asked for pin no. they tell me that it will come to your house but till date it is not received again after 6 month I went to the bank they asked me to fill the form for a new pin no. but yet I have not recived my pin no.
