I as a customer had a very good impression of the company till now but after this time the real face of the company came out to a customer who has been linked with the company for more than 10 years now. Company's employees and the staff reflects its quality and regards towards its customers.
I had purchased an article on 13.11.12 (on the day of Diwali) and after not more than 45 days, the shoe sole cracked into two. I approached the manager but he was so cold to his customer. I could not produce my bill but remembered the purchase date which after so many embarrassments, i could get it tallied with the manager as no such article was sold out within a radius of a week. But still the company keeps no regard to its customers and does not help me out. Many other customers who saw me fighting for my right saw the real image of the company and would probably never come back just like me and i would make sure i help many others to save themselves from such harassment from company employees in future.
It is not a matter of the amount i paid for my shoe but the customer wants that respect from the company it pays to which Bata lacks in!
