Hi ,My Complain Numbers,27816,24698,22589,21192,20962.Number on Website which are not working or you will never reach on them.[protected]-18[protected]E-mail Address not working which mention on website.[protected]@bataindia.[protected]@bataindia.comFew Things To note down About BATA India.If you have any problem and lost bill ,you contact to store --- they say you to contact call center.call center say to mail them.after launched complain thay send you complain number.when you call again call center regarding complain ,they will tell you we are different from back office we can not help you.You have to argue on mail.They are No.1 Superior Company Of INDIA who chat on mail with customer.
Call Center people do not have OUT GOING facility .(India's First Customer Care where they do not have Out Going Call facility for Customer.)Everything is moving round in BATA INDIA. Customer got confused and leave.This is not Indian Company who can not believe in After Sales Service.I had purchased one Hand Bag From BATA India. I purchased on 12th January 2013. I misplace bill.Withing purchased of 50days, ZIP BROCKED. I went and ask to shopkeeper they told me to contact customer call center. I contact and launched a complain on[protected]. After I launched complain they told me to wait 7 working days.After few days they did not reply me . I called on every two days and asked them what happens , they always answer same wait its under process.on[protected] I called and asked about complain they told me you will get reply withing tomorrow evening.On[protected] I called and ask what is status. One of Customer executive told me Sir send me your bank statement so we can help you.After 10 days they informed to send BANK Statement.I send them on same day[protected].On[protected] I got mail that sorry due to due date we can not help you.Is this my fault that they did not inform me and did not reply me?I called every 2 days in call center but they never reply.After argue with Mr. Sandeep Kumar till 15 minutes on[protected]. He told me we can not help you , do whatever you want we do not care.I told him to transfer any Senior Executive that time he told me Noone is here I am handling everything .
After argue with him I again called I argue 15 minutes with ASHISH. Then he transfer call to AMIT . Amit told me sorry its our fault that we did not reply you . He again launched new complain and told me within 5 working days your complain got solved.After again few days I waited and got same mail that wee can help you. I called and argue with them andr eched to Mr. Shushul Kumar who told me that I am Senior .(I do not know these all names are Real Name Or Not) . He told me that within 2 days your complain will be resolve. And call me any time I will help you.After 2 days I called in call center and ask for Shushil Kumar the Executive VIjay put my call on hold for 20Minutes and phone got disconnected. Again I called and told Vijay He said no Senior Executive Available . All are in meetings tell me I will resolve your Problem.On Sunday[protected] Morning I got First call From BATA India at 10.30 a.m. [protected].She told methat store manager called you in 2 hours and you will get your problem solved. Till today I did not gotany call from BATA India.Again I called on[protected] they again launched new complain , they told me it will be resolve in 5working days.They never read your mail properly .they just reply you with complain number. I explain you how they wrote. Customer care executive do not know how to write proper name. My name is MIHIR and they reply with MEER.Till The date they are working on my Complains. They are Investigating on my Complain.The Great management of BATA INDIA. That they are working on 1 Complain from last 22 days but they can not find the solution to resolve it.

(2) i had given a complain to deactivate the blackberry service on 9 of june request no. [protected] and the service was deactivated from next day. as i went to pay the bill i got notice that vodafone has added around rs 2700 in my billing made from june and july.
(3) and i had given many complian requarding it but i am not getting the response from them.
