Hi,
I have purchased one shoe from BATA INDIA,
SHOP NO.15 & 16, LEVEL II GROUND FLOOR SHIPRA MALL,INDIRAPURAM GHAZIABAD UTTAR PRADESH
Shoe got damaged in 2 months with pasting problem.
When I report this same to the company they refuse to replace the same.
I do not see any reason for not replacing the same.
Even I reported the same to the company toll free customer care with all details they again asking me to go to the same shop for repair.
BATA INDIA Complain No: 23985
The print out of the bill was faded (all most about to be blank ) and shop keeper was not helping me.
I told the bill no and date then i requested for a duplicate bill for the same still shop keeper did not give me and harassed me a lot.
If this is the service of Bata where should we go?
I want to ask the MD of Bata that is this that the policy of BATA and do BATA look for the customer satisfaction???
Looking of an solution for this.
