I Purchased one the Ladies Bag from the Bata india ltd 16,regal Building Connaught place on 19th March’12.
Within three month the bag belts start tearing. It’s very surprising that company like Bata supply this kindly of quality to the consumer the bag cost 1500 and I purchase form the fresh stock.
Last week I week to the shop the shop owner advised me the send the mail to you and the bag is at his custody .kindly look into this as i used this bag for a month period and i think if this kind of incident happen we have to think twice while buying any stuff from bata because as on date i am buying all my daughter school stuff room bata and including by regular slippers as well.

ladies bag — manufacturing
Dear SirI under sign Vikas Bhardwaj from Faridabad having Order No[protected] with A/C No 74099 .I wanted to put a complaint against TV Home Shopping Network Ltd for the purchase of Ladies Bag by paying Rs 1499/- after receiving the parcel nearby 20 days of delay from their 7-10 days normal delivery period. In another word I had booked the item on 24/08/2010 by phone to the company call centre but i had received the parcel on 23/09/10,but after 2 days my spouse bring me to this notice that the bag having some stiching problem with insider pocket.Then I immediately call to their call centre Ph No [protected] ie on 26/09/10 & lodge the complaint & also asked them to Refund my Paid Money.As they had directed me to give it to their contracted courier company TNT Express.I contacted them & given the parcel to them on 1/10/10 via Parcel No No DO[protected] WW.
Thereafter I called them so many times to their Call Center No [protected],[protected] & requested them for the refund of money,but they always says your case is waiting for the approval.Again last week i contacted them for the refund they had given me the Complain No 60888711 & assurance me to get the payment latest by 24/10/10 because they had forwarded my case for urgent basis.
But Sir toady is 27/10/10 Again I have contacted in morning & again they said my case waiting for approval !!!!!!!!!! what a pity????????????
I think this company is not reliable & they are making fool to the customer by selling the products on National T.V & they are not bother about sales & service concept.
I am frustrated because what happend if I would have involved with good amount value of money for buying any electronic items or some costly items.
Please save consumers right!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!s
Please do the needful at the earlist & necessary.
