This is Mr. Laiju Mathew, from Kottayam, Kerala state, India. I had been used to Bata shoes for the last 1 decade and as per my regular habit of buying, I bought an official wear (shoes) from your Kottayam Retail centre in Baker Junction (Kottayam) on June, 2012. The description of the product:-

The art number: 851 4952
Colour: Dark Brown
Type: Lace less type
I used to use it a couple of days in a week as I wear some other models other days. Recently I noticed that the front part of half pair was ruined by the material mistake. And the other half of the pair was ok and the status was satisfied. I hope you will do the needful and will contact me for further customer feedback.
