I have Purchased a Shoe from Bata (Shoes) shop, which is situated in malda dist. at Netaji more in the state of west bengal on month of August in 2011, but i found that a major problem creat(crack) in the head of shoe. US-8, UK-7, EU[protected]
i had purchased shoes from one of the outlet of bata shoes in trivandrum kerala two months before as i am a regular customer to them .few days i found both the soles of the shoes have cracked i went to them & showed they suggested me to file the complaint and will later replace it,.Hope uyou will take speedy action & oblidge thank you.My email id is [protected]@gmail.com
