I procurred a 3G dongle with a post paid rental plan. As per plan I would get 3G speed till download of 6GB, subsequently it will come down to 256 Kbps and will get renewed till the end of the bill cycle.
I could get the 3G speed for one month, subsequently after 6GB download the speed came to 256 Kbps and was never renewed at the end of the billing cycle even after paying all rental for subsequent 2 months.
I have opted stop using this facility from Airtel, who are cheating public with initial 3G speeds and never continue after one months period.

M/S Airtel — Internet not working

I am using airtel network more then four year. I am using internet pack Rs 98/- .
But I am unsatisfied with airtel customer care. Last few days my mobile internet is not working properly (Mobile network showing full) because of this contact customer care number 121 and [protected].
When I am press 9 (This call is recording for internal training purpose, this call chargeable 50 paisa for every three minutes after this computer call is not connect customer care representative

      Dear Sir/Madam,
      Here is my peculiar case with the Airtel Service Provider... I bought a mobile number ([protected]) for about four years back, and recently my aunt had lost my mobile along with that sim. I informed to Airtel Customer care to block my number and a week later i went to Airtel showroom in T.Nagar, Chennai (which is 90km from my home as no Airtel Relationship Centre near to my home) to get a duplicate SIM card, i filled an application and gave to them, as soon of waiting 5 minutes, a representative told that my proof doesn't matches to that number which i was using for 4 years. I was shocked and asked that how it could happen like that, but she didn't responded properly. And moreover she asked me to call customer care and confirm. I told to them that i was using it for 4 years and also i have submitted my proof two times when government ordered to submit the proof once again for security purpose. And there i spent more than an hour in explaining my problem, and finally they came up with giving me a S/R No. and a Nodal Officer number. And its time for me to return home so i thought i could call that Nodal Officer later, so i moved from there as i am getting late to catch my train to reach my town. When i called that Nodal Offier number, an autobot asked to keyin the S/R. No., as i entered the number, the sysyem replied that it was a wrong S/R. No like that. I totally fed up and i called once to airtel customer care and told all the A-Z problems for 4th time, and again that CSE gave another S/R. No. Once again i called to Nodal officer but same problem existed and i couldn't contact any Nodal Officers. And it was very disgusting. So i left calling Airtel CSE for a week. And again i tried after a week calling the customer care for 5th time from one of friend's Airtel number, as usual i told the A-Z problems from first. And again i got a S/R. No for the 3rd time. And this time also i couldn't connect to that Nodal Officer. And again i tried to call CSE, but i couldn't able to contact them and i was blocked to make calls to CSE. And no further calls ii can call to Airtel Customer care. And again today i called from my office colleague airtel mobile to the CSE. AS again same problem existed, and i tried to call the Nodal Officer with the provided S/R. No, i cant connect to them as usual. So i tried again to them, but they blocked his number too as before.

      Really i cant find what is the meaning of CUSTOMER CARE according to AIRTEL. Really i was vexed with this type of LOW LEVEL of service from them. They blocked numbers from calling to customer care too. Please find me a solution regarding my problem. I want my old number back which i was using for long time. Please clear my problem... Its the number i want back please. I was using it for 4 years and also i have submitted my proof two times when government ordered to submit the proof once again for security purpose. But even though they are telling its not in my proof... NEED BACK MY NUMBER PLEASE...

        Complaint for non co-oprative custmer care service of bharti airtel ltd


        I am customer of Airtel but i am facing problem when i call from my airtel number to know my puk no as my postpaid [protected] sim is blocked on 2.11.2012 at around 6.30 p.m. The customer care executive did not want to understand my problem and cut my phone i call them many time but no result found. now i not connected as well and my important calls were never get. i never understand that what is my fault??? is my only fault that i get airtel postpaid connection??? it is very very painful for me, So kindly help me in this matter.

          For almost 2-3 weeks, I'm being charged by Airtel for no reason.
          Last month, I recharged with Rs. 30, and the balance became Rs 4.70 the very next day.
          When I contacted the customer care executive, they said Airtel Talkies were activated, which I didnt activate at all.
          The next week, they charged me Rs 5. I checked if any service were active, if any packs were activated, but nothing!...
          Again, after some days, an sms came from "AK-OIAROT"
          saying "Thank you for choosing Valuecombo, You will be charged Rs.2 everyday.To Manage Service Dial *121*5#"
          Inspite of not activating any of these, they are charging me unnecessarily...

          Airtel — balance deduction for no cause

          Dear Concern,

          I am a customer of Airtel prepaid service my no. is [protected]. My balance is being deducted without any expense occurrence neither for phone call no for the msging service this has happend beforehand also first time my Rs. 90 were deducted and now already Rs. 15 are deducted.

          Please do take some action over this these airtel guys are really pathetic.

          AirTel — NO REASON FOR BALANCE DEDUCTION

          to day on 6th march AIRTEL deduct my balance at 9.41 am when i was called up them and ask them to why they deduct my balance they have not answer. But when im msg on (LAST to 121) they reply me the money is deduct for value added service . but when im calling them again they told me that there is no value added service activate in my number.so plz help me if any one can and i have full recored the costumer care voice what they told me.

            I am writing this with high level of frustration and disappointment caused while applied for Airtel Wired Broadband connection. I would say it is probably the worst service that any ISP can provide to a consumer in this country. Lot of communication gap and false promises from their end really tested my patience.

            Here is the story. I bought a new laptop and planned to take internet connection. I applied for Airtel broadband connection through online on 9th October 2012. One of the sales representatives(Abraham) called that night and he asked me for the copy of ID proof, address proof and photo. Since I was in the office I asked him to come next day. He came to my home on 10th October 2012 morning and collected all my details and I also paid Rs.1200(Plan charge 1050+Notary sign charge 150). He said someone from the technical team will be contacting me within 3 to 4 working days. Waited till 13th of October and there is no response from ISP's end. I call the customer care and they said broadband connection is not feasible and the amount paid will returned back through check within 21 working days. I got pissed off and called them again. Other call center representative's answer was different and she said the connection is feasible and she promised me that someone will be calling me on 15th of OCtober 2012. Waited till 18th of October and there was no response from their end. In between the I called the sales representative and he gave me the technical department head's number. Unable to reach the head.

            Again called customer care on 18th and they gave me a different answer again. They said the connection is not possible and I got the same reply as same as the customer representative 1. Tried calling the technical head he asked me to send the application details. Sent him all the details and there is no response from him. I would have called customer care atleast 10 times and I've been getting different answers each and every time.

            At last on 23rd October someone from the Airtel called me and informed that the connection is not possible because the ports are not available and they said that the money will be refunded through check.

            It took almost 2 weeks for them to tell me that the connection is not possible and till date I've not received any refund from them.

            Government should take strict action against these kind of ISPs for making the consumers suffer to the core.

            Suggestion:- Airtel should check whether the slots are available for the internet in the consumer's area before getting money and necessary documents from the customers.

            Broadband — applying broadband connection

            I am applying for airtel broadband in the mounth of august but i am not getting broadband connection due to some technical reason i am submiting my doucments and a cheque of Rs 1000 cheque is credited from my a/c cheque no.069737 till date i am not getting my cheque back i am complaintin so many times in branch office but no responce.My form no.1812560

            AirTel — Applied for new BroadBand connection

            Hi sir ,
            I have applied for airtel braodband connection several times and paid booking fees of 500 rs each time wiht complete documents. The agent of airtel assured me that after 1 week ur connection will be done ..but after 1 week i tried to contact the agent he didnt pick my phone . After a month he replied me that ur connection connot be done.So i contact an another agent of airtel done all some formalities.but after 2 weeks the same scene happend to me .. I got several call from airtel that there enginneer are on there way but none of them came to me. Plz sir suggest me what to do i have paid money and submit my all valid documents but i didnt get any thing from airtel.......

                I bought Airtel 3G Data card. It worked for a week. unexpectedly it displayed SIM CARD REGISTRATION FAILED. I contacted customer care, local distributor, Local AIRTEL SHOW room. They are not able to resolve the issue. My device and Sim are new. They dont have my detail at all.
                When I visited air tel Show room, people response is also bad. More over there were 3 people shouting with the Manager for different issues.

                  airtel mumbai is sending unwanted bulk sms to my mobile number from AM-655007 about airtel internet. i have 2 airtel connections of fixed line and broadband at my office and residence. i am guessing thats how they got my mobile number. i receive the same bulk sms twice a day. i have activated dnd on my number but still i get the bulk sms. hows this possible?

                  I have been receiving excessive amount of bulk SMSes from various senders especially "AT" at odd hours and 20-25 sms at a time. This is causing a lot of inconvenience to me. I have tried contacting all your customer support telephone numbers, however no one responds.

                  Kindly help to resolve this problem by blocking this SMS

                      AirTel — not receiving the bills

                      Dear Sir,
                      I am an AIRTEL costumer since the airtel started their services in India. My cell number is [protected]. I have been receiving my bills on time since that day, but from the month of February 2008, I have not received my bills by courier. It is quite surprising that once the bill has been printed from your system and instead of original copy, I get the duplicate one that also on my request. My next-door neighbour is receiving the bills on time. According to your system I am being delivered the bill on 15th of every month, but still not receiving. On every complaint the Customer Care Executive insists me to download the bills or pay by sms / e-payment.
                      Please consider my request and do the need full action.

                        I was a Idea customer but due to a attractive plan of airtel that on First Recharge of Rs. 52 I get call rate as A2A- 1p/3 sec and A2Other 1p/2 sec and say that i will get full talk time at some of the recharges like Rs. 48.
                        the above facilities are for 2 months and said that after 2 month i have to recharge with Rs. 2 and i get continue the aforesaid facilities. but after 2 months when i recharged with Rs. 2 i find that the aforesaid services are not continued so i called to customer care center of Airtel and they tell me that you can not continue this service that they stop this service and suggest to recharge with many other recharge to reduce call rates. So the service of the Airtel are not satisfactory.

                          Airtel digital provides the worst service interms of customer support and the set-up box.This is from my experience.We should never go for Airtel digital tv other wise life will be hell.my customer#[protected].I made a mistake hope other will not after reading this.
                          Since 1 month I am behind Airtel digital customer suport & local technician team...It has been more than a month but no solution.

                          >Customer support never picks up call
                          >Even sometimes they picks up, they will put you on hold, divert the call to somewhere else
                          >While speaking in english with customer support guy, suddenly call gets diverted to Tamil tech support guyz.
                          >Any body can close the ticket without resolving issue or without getting my concern.
                          >Sometimes they are not ready to give the ticket number.
                          >Worst experience with their local technicians..they are the boss
                          >Technician visited 2 times and delivered defective set-up box which never runs but they made sure to take their service fee of RS 150 each time.
                          >After spending RS 600 and lot of time over calling those people, still I am not able to watch my TV since 1 month.

                            Dear Sir,

                            In my Airtel post paid connection No [protected], when I checked usage it was showing in between 450 to 500 but suddenly today that 5/8/14 I received SMS for bill amount of Rs 884.41 which is too high as I seen in earlier days it becomes double the price kindly I request to take appropriate action to put control on fraud by collecting excess Bill amount.

                            Now Even I cant lodge to my on line account to check the status.

                              I puneet gupta owner at BALAJI ENTERPRISES shop no3 shakti park khandsa road gurgaon facing problem since last 20days for active my broadband connection..i hve complaint many times the agent said ur compliant is in underproceess other agent said no connection available the amt will refunded in 15 days no action is taken ...i fill 2 form to activate my connection the agent RAJAN code gdsl24000 has fill the form and take 700rs and said connection will activate in 2 days but another he swithoff the mobmob i was trying.. after a day he pick the ph and said no connection is avilable i said so told give my money back he abuse me and said go to the and complaint abt me i call in customer care i complaint but no action was taken another day frm airtel broadband one agent has come Mr JAY SINGH code gdsl23016 i hv told the whole problm he said dont wry i will check .... he checked the whole connectivity and said conection is available but there is 15 gb plan avialable he said sir plz trust me i will be activate the connection he fill another form again i paid 700 rs he said wait for 2 days i trust on him i wait for 2 days the same think he is done switch off the mob...the senior said that dont call me again ... call the agent who take money i again complaint in customer care he said i hve make a complaint no action is taken comp.                               Sir plz help me to activate the connection or otherwise give my whole amt back plz .....plz sir take action as soon as possible and sir also take action on these agent ..also

                              Airtel — No action taken on connectivity issue

                              Hi,

                              I would like to raise a complaint regarding Airtel mobile services, I have raised complaints regarding network connectivity issues since Jan 2011, still no one has attended and people airtell are least botherd with it. Evrytime I need to speak to the supervisor they disconect the call in between. Please advice

                                I am a very old customer of Airtel but i am facing problem when i call from my 3 airtel numbers.The customer care of all my numbers is not working for last 1 month.I complained to airtel about this problem but didnot get the solution.So kindly help me in this matter & get my customer care started.my numbers are-[protected],[protected],[protected].

                                  Dear Sir,
                                  day before day I missed my mobile in a private bus during my business visit to chennai. In spite of my tight business schedules and commitments the first thing I happened to do is to visit one of your customer relationship center at ashok nagar since communication plays a very vital role in my business. I explained to your representative about the situation and was re directed to kodambakkam branch due to power breakdown. Went all the way to kodambakkam branch and was told to visit the T.nagar branch since even they had power breakdown,. But i was astonished to hear the CRC of the most leading communication network "AIRTEL" drags a most valuable customer for just the sake of a regular power breakdown for almost half of the day.
                                  Finally I happened to fill in a communication form at T.nagar branch with the reasons clearly stated and was informed the Sim(Recieved at 12 0' clock noon) will be activated in another two hours without any further delays. I was pleased and felt everything should be fine at least after so much of effort taken to find the right CRC since morning but to my surprise they failed to keep up the commitments and my Sim wasn't activated till 2.30 p.m. So I happened to call one of your customer care center to check in the status and I was informed in certain cases it might take maximum upto 4 hours to reactivate the Sim. But i waited for the whole without any communication to the outer world just trusting the words of your organization. Finally made a call around 7.00p.m to the same customer care center with full of disappointments since morning but i had a further shock with the no response and was asked to check with the CRC from whom i had collected the Sim this morning. I even spoke with the Floor supervisor but his reply was totally.Still it is not activated.Your committed time 4hours max your guys said. but nowalmost 12 time 4 hours dead line crossed. The pain is each customer care execurives is telling different things.
                                  I fed up with your service and I dont like to continue with your service, i dont know how are you doing business with out any communication between you and CRC. Even CRC guys told me come there and change another sim since the sim has some error.I sent some one there they did not chnaged the sim and said that it will activate with in 4 hours. that passed more than 8 hours. So please activate and i can change to another service provider. i cant loose the no which is familiar in my business.

                                  So kindly look in to this and activate as soon as. I am using your service more than 8 years but never see this trouble. so kindly rectify to retain next customer.
                                  This was i wrote them 3days ago.




                                  After all the pain I talk to a applet team now. she said that go to airtel showroom and got another sim that seems start the game from scratch. I dont like to waste time with you.so please disconnect my no [protected]. Already past 5 days i wasted time with your guys. past month i bought a usb modem from you. just i called and your CRC guy came to my house and got the money. so it seems if you will get the money from customer then your CRC guys will do all things. but if the customer need service we have to go and beg them. is it right thing?. also still i did not get any call from your CRC and you too. I am calling every day. so Please consider this is my application for disconnect the service. also i have usb modem with you .that also i need to terminate from you. so i will contact the correponding team. really i am too much happy with your service. so stay this process. I will do help for you to reduce customer who all my friends and business contact. and will be reimbursement for your CRC child things. I put it to my lawer Babu ganesh. He will take care all things. bye.

                                  Still the problem is not solved but their website is showing that problem resolved. I dont know how did they closed the complint without my confirmation. due to thier poor communication i suffered lot. I had lost 50000 due to non available of the phone and new customer. also lot of depression due to their activities.

                                      I'm Senthil from Chennai, using Airtel postpaid Company CUG ([protected]) for the past 6yrs. 3 months back i activated Internet pack of 1GB, till last month i get bill below Rs1000/-. last month i got bill for Rs5118.90/- was shocked on seeing it.

                                      I called Airtel customer care (121), executive informed that i have used excess 400MB and its cost nearly Rs 3911.12/-. I have send a mail to [protected]@in.airtel.com on 17th Oct 2012, i got call from Airtel on 23rd oct 2012, i explained everything and asked to reconsider about the bill.

                                      Then there is no response from them, i have send another mail on 26th oct 2010 to know about the status, and got return mail from Rekha & Sirisha Palaji as "GPRS charges are charged as per the usage".

                                      In Airtel there is no facility for me to check the data used, only in the bill it reflects the total usage. My concern is after crossing the limit of 1GB i didnt get any information allowed to used the internet and finally in bill showing Rs5118.90 to pay.

                                      The ultimate thing is, I'm paying Rs98 for 1GB and Rs3911 for 400MB, i dont know how to digest it.

                                      I'm one of the customer of Airtel for the past 6 yrs, using 5 post paid Mobile connections and 2 Data card, now this incident made me to think about other network for the further uses.

                                      I'm totally frustrated on this, and not getting any solution so came here to highlight this matter. As a once the leading mobile service player Airtel should have a clear transparent system.

                                      When the limit exceeds it should inform to the customers and should have some slab limit for using and also freezed cost for it.

                                        Hi,

                                        I have the following airtel mobile numbers [protected],[protected],[protected] on my name i.e Divya Manohar Mudumala.

                                        My issue is, i have paid my airtel bills on 09/09/2012 for the above mentioned numbers generated on 22/08/2012 which was due on 09/09/2012 vide bill num-61 at Bharti airtel office ,opp Vijaya krishna super bazar,Near buckinghum post office,Vijayawada.The details are:

                                        [protected]-860.00(paid on09/09/2012 vide cash bill receipt no-60)
                                        [protected]-790.00(paid on 09/09/2012 vide cash bill receipt no-61)
                                        [protected]-290.00 paid on 24/08/2012 and 575.00 paid vide
                                        cash bill no-60)


                                        However i was charged a late payment fee of Rs-100.00 for all the above three mobile numbers in the subsequent bills.I also raised a complaint for the number [protected] vide ref no[protected] on 16/10/2012 and for [protected] vide ref no[protected] on 16/10/2012.I spoke to many customer care executives but of no use.All my efforts went in vain.

                                        The undigested fact is that the airtel customer care people closed my complaints stating incomplete info.Also I neither got a call nor a mail from the complaint resolution team stating my complaints were closed.This says the airtel's concern towards the customers.

                                        The second one is i tried calling the customer care several times to inform my problem.The worst experience i ever had in my life was with airtel IVR.It asks to dial 198 for any complaints .

                                        When we dial 198 it gives 2 options i.e if we have complaint no press 1 else press 2 .
                                        When i dialed the option 2 it again goes back to the previous menu and asks us to dial 198 for any complaints.This goes on repeating all the times i call and i am fed up of dialing 198.Finally i though of writing a mail to some next level where my pain can be understood and resolved.

                                        I hope the resolution at the earliest.

                                        I am being charged daily on my mobile [protected] for a service called 'TEXT BASED SERVICES ' - Subject subject 'JOKES & 'SUBMAN' I have made several calls to Airtel on 121 to discontinue this service. Everyday I get around 3 sms from a number 64611001 & 58888 to add to one's frustration everytime you call the Airtel 121 number it is answered by people who dont understand english all they say is 'I am so sorry' 'Your problem is sorted out' 'withing 2 days this will discontinue' 'Thank you for calling AIRTEL have a nice day' This nonsense has been happening for more than 3 months or more. I have already closed one number of mine I will have no other alternative but to write.

                                        AIRTEL please STOP CHEATING you cannot be the #1 service provider by doing this. Your Company should be sued and shut down. Kindly take immediate action on this complaint and refund all the unnecessary debits that has been done on my prepaid card.
                                        If this does not stop I will have no choice but to send a notice tothe customer consumer bureau of india...

                                        hi, i am Karan Gambhir...my prepaid number is [protected] and in the evening my today (14th October 2008) my balance got deducted by about 30 Rs for which i did not get ne msg from Airtel.

                                        my balance was sumwhere close to Rs 144 and on checking in the evening my balance was Rs.114.

                                        i tried complaining on the Airtel cutomer care but the executive did not have information about it, and he told me to call after 24 hours.

                                        please note i am not using ANY extra service except for Hello Tunes for which already Rs.200 was deducted from my account.

                                        I want a refund of those Rs.30 !!..its highly annoying.i am really really dissappointed with Airtel and request you to register a complaint from my side, and pls make sure a get a resolution for the same !

                                        Dear Sir,
                                        I, Sudhakar G Bijur, residing at TSS Road, Ashok Nagar Sirsi, complaing on my sister behalf.
                                        On[protected] at 11.36 pm I received a message form Airtel 64611099 and 64611010 for downloading JavaGame and animation from Airtel live WAP service and I have been charges Rs 99 and Rs10 resp. I have never downloaded any game or any other service from Airtel live nor I tried entering Airtel Live. Next Day I called customer care asking for the details.At that time customer care executive informed me that it was may be my mistake and will re-credit the same with in a period of one or two days, and that has not been done. So I called customer care again after two days and this time they informed me that I have downloaded Java Game and Animation. Every time I used to recharge with a minimum balance of Rs 50. Two days earlier I recharged with Rs 150 for full talktime.
                                        Please help me in this regard
