I put my connection on safe custody and paid 500 Rs for the same, still I am keep receiving the mail.

Whenever I called to customer care, every time I get response that they can't transfer the phone to cancellation department, and when I request them to arrange the call back from cancellation department, it's not done

Unauthorised activation of VAS & balance deduction

i have rajasthan sim card no. Receiving bills even after disconnection of broadband services
