[Resolved]  BIG TV — Very bad website management of www.bigtv.co.in

hello Sir,

I have watched many times www.bigtv.co.in. but found nothing about which channels we can watch on website. nothing more details about package. No facility to open my account directly from site (although only option of my account is shown there). Now a days from the home page we can not go further due to big advertisment.

So try to improve your website as well as your services.

Respected sir,
MY COMPLAINT is that one of your resident have come to our house and given us a wrong information regarding the packages, saying that inclusive of all the installation and one year charge shall cost of Rs 1400 (ONE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED ONLY ), He has introduced us saying that he was from BIG TV and collected CASH OF Rs 700 . I came to know that it was a wrong information given to us when we had called the customer care . I would like to request you to please take an action regarding the matter mentioned above . The person who had come to our house was Mr santosh, the given mobile number by him is [protected] . I WOULD LIKE YOU TO REFUND OUR MONEY BACK.

Big TV smart card[protected] connection is not working error msg 400 showing all the time since 5 days this matter reported to customer care [protected] several times. but the response is
very disappointing till today. Customer care have given SR no.[protected] but no one has visited sofar. I have two connections and am repending having purchased. Moreover the packages we asked are not connected instead they provide something different. please do rectify the problems soonest possible before it is too late cancel services of Big TV.
