[Resolved]  Blazeflash Courier — Consignment not delivered

I sent a packet to Pune, after 10days I'm seeing return to origin in their website consingment tracking section. When I called them, the guy (vijay-[protected]) responded as if the packet was delivered. They take no responsibility. It was my fee receipt for college admission. These guys are very irresponsible and are losing faith. I won't wonder if they will be out of business soon. I'll go to consumer court against these guys.

I am regular ebay'r selling things. I use Blazeflash because of their low fees but it seems I have to change the courier now because every month 1-2 consignments gets either stolen by the blazeflash or lost by them.
Customer care are worst, they don't respond.
I hope BLAZEFLASH instead of expanding they should increase the delivery promptness to the destinations wherever they have their service.

I am using Blazeflash since a long time now because of their low fees. We send nearly 100 courier through your services every month, but I am forced to change the courier services now because I had sent one courier to Mumbai last month dated 19th Nov 2008, those were a very imp document which was to be sent back to us in 3days time. Its been 20 days now and the concerned person has not received the documents.

Customer care are worst, they don't respond. I called up the Blaze flash person named Sanjay, he is the franchiser of Blaze flash Mahipalpur. But I never got a positive response from him. I called up Mumbai blaze flash also, then I got some Neena Roy, s no.[protected]. I kept calling her she transffered my call to someone named Priyanka [protected]. I spoke with this lady who gave me a complaint no. of 136. on 1st Dec 2008. She gave me a call stating that the courier has been delivered. But I made clear that the house is locked since long time and no courrier has been delivered. She said she will call me back, but till today I did not receive any call from her.

Today I called up Neena Roy she again transferred the call to Priyanka, who started talking to me roughly, and gave me some different complain no saying that she had not given me the complaint no. as 136 it was 137 and also she said i gave her a mobile no starting with some 99588 which is again wrong no. I gave her our office land line no. I was talking to her and meanwhile she disconnected the call, when I redialed the no. it was switched off.

I request you to please return my courier in next 24 hour.

You can contact me at the earliest with my courier or I will come to you through consumer court, as that envelope contains very very important documents. Please take this very seriously and donot force me to take a legal action against blazeflash.

As specified it was a by AIR courier for Kolkata, for which the company had charged Rs.190-00.

Till date I have not received the courier.

Is this the best service of courier company called BLAZEFLASH COURIER.

Blazeflash Courier — COURIER

I have booked a courier on dated 25.11.2008 from Mathura-U.P. i.e.No.[protected] for my residence at Jog West Mumbai alongwith my pincode but till date it is not delivered neither returned to me and i have sent mail to their customer care dept delhi but not get proper response.

Even today i have sent another mail regarding my courier.

i have couriered one packet from Delhi to Pune dated 23rd dec'08, consignment no.[protected] which was delivered on 27th Dec'08 which was open from the corner and my things were missing. There was two chocolates inside the packet. I want to tell that your people dont know the importance of customer and they are doing these kind of things with them. Do you think that I am going to believe on your services. This wasn't expected from the organisation. You are breaking the trust of your customers. Thanxs a lot for delivering my OPENED PACKET.

My brother had booked a courier containing Original important documents to be produced before the court vide Receipt No.[protected] on 03/01/2009 from Goregam (East) Mumbai and had been assured that the delivery of the same will be done at Ahmedabad between 3 and 5 on 05/01/2006 however as on date the said courier has not reached us and the same is now also not tracable with the Tracon people. On repeated inquiry with the Tracon at Mumbai and Ahmedabad people we were told that the said consignment is not tracable and since the same is not showing in the computer system it will be possible to trace out the same. due to the same my uncle and aunt had to fly down from Bombay to Ahmedabad with a Xerox Copy of the same since we were sort of time.

Tracon People are the worst people we have ever come accross and are total unorganised. People who are not serious about the work they are doing and we shall take necessary action against the company for losing our original documents, for mental agony and also for financial loss which we had to suffer.

We shall advise people at large not to use the services of such bunch of jokers and .

I have sent the parsal from salem to ahmedabad on 26.12.08 still now it did not reached the destination. The c.no cannot be tracked online and ther is no responce from courier company. please I want my parsal back or want the claim.

One mail for me was booked with Blazeflash at Siliguri on 16 Jan 09. Consignment no.[protected]. The same has not been reached even today. It is disgusting. Very poor service I must say.

Kindly look into this, its a serious issue with the competetion increases for a reputed company like Blazeflash. My father in law has sent me a document from your courier company, with C.No.[protected] which is very important (was sent on 18th Jan 2009) from Moradabad (Uttarpradesh), it was communicated to him that the same will be delivered at Udaipur (Rajasthan) on Tuesday i.e 20th Jan 2009. But unfortunately it has not reached me uptill Thursday 22nd Jan 2009. Its something you need to seriously look into.

I am writing to you with the hope that the document will be delivered and the logic that why was it delayed will be communicated to me positively today.
