[Resolved]  Blazeflash Courier — Consignment not delivered

A Very Important Document envelope was couriered from Hauz Khas M/s National Coop Union Of India to Smt Komal Chaurasiya, Vide consignment no.[protected] dt16/06/2009.I am sorry to inform you that the same has not been delivered till date(24/06/2009).Inspite of several request and complaints there has been action taken so far.
Can I expect that at least seniors would reply me properly.

My courier was placed from Sultanpur Lodhi (Punjab) dated 19th. JUNE. 2009.
As specified it was a by AIR courier for New Delhi.

Till date I have not received the courier.

Is this the best service of courier company called BLAZEFLASH COURIER.

I agree with you, I have sent a gift pack worth Rs.500/- during 25-Aug-2007 consignment no.[protected] from Chennai to Delhi which was not delivered to the consignee nor returned back to me. I have sent enough mails even to the MD but no one responded. Only reply I got from delhi branch is "We have not received this consignment from Chennai"

Their employees itself might have swallowed the gift.

Don't send any more courier through Blaze Flash.

I have couriered one packet from rourkela to new delhi on 19/06/09 vide consignment no.[protected]. I have been assured that document will reach delhi by 22/06/09. But till now no documents have reached. The shop owner whom i have deposited the document is denying to follow up the documet. Your consignment tracking over internet is also not working. Unless you take proper action I will be forced to take up the matter in consumer court. Expecting early reply.

This is called as Sasta Padgaya Mehenga.

Why dont people go for much reputed and professional couriers like FirstFlight and Bluedart, AFL who have best service for sending non documents, gifts. Trying using these services.

this is the poor service...this is my third counter with blaze flash service & all consignment are not delivered in time.

I have sent one courier to Fatehpur (PIN-212601) and Following consignment no:[protected]. Details are not available on Internet.

If I call to customer care they don't pickedup phone whole ring passout. i have tried the following phones [protected]/01/03/05/06...

I called to Mumbai office and always phone is busy after picking once they don't have information for the same, ...then we called twice today (02/07/2009) to Kanpur center around 12:45hrs and 15:00hrs after four days they do not able to deliever courier...

Mr. Sunil Kumar ([protected]) If you have recorded the call you can check the same. Mr. Sunil provided one number for enquiry but number[protected] is not working.

Kindly request please your intervention is required...If your team are not able to deliever for the same please revert my important docs.

Dear Sir,
I have send a currier from your currier service. I have send the form on 5.07.2009 from Agra.

Courier — No Proper Coordination in Faridabad Office

There is no proper coordination in Faridabad Office nor at Mumbai Branch. I have made courier on 27th July 2009 but till date courier has not delivered at the given places. Kindly look into the matter as no one in future would suffer these kind of problem. Inspite of repeated follow up no outcomes has been updated to me.

I have couriered a document on 23rd of july for Pune from

If I call to customer care they don't provide any details for the same and they are very rude while talking. They said no need to call here go to the person where you have given your courier. They cut the phone in between. I called to Delhi center around 12:00 PM (4th Aug 2009) If you have recorded the call you can check the same. I gave another call after 15 min but they picked the call on hold for about 10 min
