[Resolved] Blazeflash Courier — Consignment not delivered

Hi, I sended a local courier through Blazeflash courier on dated 22/05/2012 via Consignment POD No.[protected]. Courier booking place was ICICI Lombard GIC Ltd, B-9 Sec 16, Noida, Destination was at New Delhi. Surprising thing is that today almost 13 days has been passed away but neither the courier has been delivered to destination nor the same has got returned back… There were some important documents inside the consignment and were necessary to delivered within TAT described by Blazeflash Courier. Due to this negligency I had to bear the losses in monetary terms. Even after the continue followup with courier company, neither the courier got delivered nor the same has been returned back. I had also addressed the complain for same issue to the Blazeflash customer support but haven't got even any response from their side... One of my brother Mr.Ram Lok had courier me docket vide No.[protected] on 16.11.09 ex-Jawala Ji to Ludhiana. But till date I have not received the same. Nobody is replying from your good offices at Ludhiana. Please give instructions to the concerned to deliver the docket immediately.

Sir,

We have sent a courier from New Delhi dated 28th. Nov. 2009.
As specified it was a by AIR courier for Hyderabad.
Consignment no.[protected].
Till date this parcel has not reached and ur online tracking system are not updated so that i can confirm where is my parcel.

Is this the best service of courier company called BLAZEFLASH COURIER.

A CD document is booked from adoor (Pathanamthitta) on 04/12/09
The Booking Address is Eldho Abraham, Quality enterprises kizhavana road, Panampillynagar cochin ,Booking No:4035049 and from address is Shiji Adoor, But the told me that the bokking No is wrong, Bu In my receipt same as the above number, So kindly arrange to get the document as soon as possible

i have couried one pecket in delhi dated-04.12.09, consigment no.[protected] record are shown that the packed had delivered on 05.12.09 but delivered wrong address how that can possible nobady can take this seriously that the pecked delivered wrong address. this service is very horable.i do not belive in this. thsi way you are breaking the trust of the customers .

I request to all the fellow customers that please don't send any thing with Blazeflash couriers limited. They promised to delivered in 2 days and once you place the order, there is no information about your order till many days.I called them several times and got the same information that my goods would deliver just the next day morning. This process continues till date(now it is 10days). My order no. is[protected]. I will never use this courier service again.
