Sir, From last 5 days I following up with Blazflash people ( Delhi Branch, Jaipur Branch, Chairman office etc) through phone calls but hitherto neither any update nor delivery I got. Even they are talking to me in a very rude way seems that I am begging something. They are behaving like we are availing this service without any charge or committment. As I already told them that its very urgent for me, If I don't receive it it would result in to great loss to me. But even no difference in them.

Please take my complain very urgently. My complain is that why should I bear this harrassment & loss.

i had send some important documents to a below address as on 20th January 2010, but unfortunately till 2day (4th march 2010) they have not been received. those where the important documents whose last date was 28th January2010.. when the party did'nt received the documents as on the due date, they personally visited Delhi by flight at the immediate hours, and the tickets cost more than Rs5000/.
In this connection i request you to kindly resolve my concern.

this service was really a very very dirty and bad service.They always play with coustmer fellings.

i want to tell you this service veeeeeeeeeeeeery irresponsible .
they dont take headache to do work.
employee behavior is very rude

This company is running on the fake basis.
They person are so smart that they never pick your phone or put you on hold.
I suggest every one not to use Blazeflash services.

This is one of the wrost service i have seen in india. These guys dont respond as if we are in need and talk only and rude. I you people(BLAZEFLESH) have any integrity then please close this company.

Consignment not delivered

this is the bull service this is my 1st counter with blaze flash service & both consignment is not delivered.
Following consignment no:[protected] dt.05/03/2010. Details is not available on Internet.

If I call to customer care they don't provide any details for the same and they are very rude while talking. They said no need to call here go to the person where you have given your courier. They cut the phone in between. I called to Delhi center last 2-3 days Mr. Rameshwaram on ([protected] & Manager Mr. Arvind [protected]) he give me one complaint no 350. If you have recorded the call you can check the same. I gave another call after 15 min but they picked the call on hold for about 20 -25 min.

I am in complete agreement to the above complain.
I had a first counter with blazeflase.

I had to couier the documents to USA, the couier no was[protected] n it has being 1month that i had given these documents to be delivered...

The customer care doesnot pick up the cal n the couier cannot be tracked online...

Patetic servies, , thy hav niether returned the money nor the documents which were so important.

The worst company i had ever delt with, my first experience itself was so bad.
I'll suggest evrybdy to not get involved with the company.

a consinment no.[protected] was sent on 3rd march 2010 . On line tracking shows that it is sttil at renookoot. Ensure that it is dilivered tomrow ie on 20/03/20010.
